3rd time's the charm is what they told me at check in. The first room had a pillow that looked like it was peed on and the shower was filthy. The 2nd room had hair everywhere including under the covers and had sticky stuff on the table. The 3rd room was better but still had a gross shower and the bathroom door wouldn't close. No refund offers or genuine apologies.

A new facility that pretty much does it all very well at a reasonable price. The only slight objection was the in-room heat/cool unit running on "low" fan was still pretty loud. Other than that, a big thumbs up.

My only note would be that the room was not family friendly in that the bathroom has a barn door and the shower has no door and a rain shower head. Great hotel, just not easy to bathe littles.

Comfortable beds. Clean. Loved the swimming pool and fitness center. Staff was incredible - General manager Cynthia Zimmerman and Bobby Pleasant went out of there way to make us feel welcome. Definitely will be coming back to this hotel when we visit family in Lawrence, KS
