The old lady they had serving breakfast was rude and nonchalant about there not being any utensils, food, and all the drinks was giving out water and when it was brought to her attention she in the guy at the front desk stared at us like we were crazy and that they wasn’t going to do anything about it. My first day there the lady at the front desk, Emma or Emma said that there were no sheets for the bed but someone else gave us sheets after 20 minutes of explaining how that doesn’t seem or sound right.

Think twice before staying
The room was great, the beds were comfortable, and cleanliness gets an A+ The front desk personnel fell short of friendliness. Paying $10/day plus $1.50 surcharge for parking is ludicrous, especially since surrounding hotels did not charge for parking. We will not stay at this hotel ever again.

The was hair in the bathroom towel storage area, shower, and on the pillow in the bed.The silver wear and drawer had dirts from where another guest did not wash the silverware. A staff member was very rude to my son when he asked about the parking fees which is not secure parking. I was told they add the fee because when surrounding venues have events people other than guests park there. That is making the guests pay for their problem.

There were long term guests staying in the room across from us with about 6 people total, 4 kids. They would be up crying and screaming every night until about 4am. Complained to staff and they didn’t do anything about it. I’m not happy at all and not pleased I had to pay full price and not being able to sleep.

This was really nice hotel. The breakfast was great with many good choices. I told the front desk about our ac unit making a squeaking noise and they immediately fixed it. Definitely will here again

I have stayed here before because it was a little cheaper compared to the other hotels in the area. I know you get what you pay for but I think from now on I will pay a little more to get a better stay. The gentlemen sitting at the front desk was anything but friendly. The staff at the breakfast buffet seemed to be bothered by questions. My room was ok but the pull out bed had springs falling out of it. And the blankets and towels were like sand paper. And having to pay to park while staying there seems a little crazy. I don’t think I will be back to this hotel.

This was my husband and I first stay with Home2Home. I was very pleased with the layout having access to full fridge, dished and microwave. Suggestion to upgrade your coffee maker to a keriug. Add a dis drain for the dishes. Also the.built in table was to low And the chair was a beat up office chair to sit and eat. Not designed for you to sit together for a meal. The linen especially the pillows were worn out. The night before we stayed at Hilton Hampton Inn and they didn’t mimic the same bed and bedding quality. Thank you
