The ground floor Bougainvillier, F3 of 80 m2, comfortable, living room and kitchen open directly onto the covered terrace of 30 m² with a barbecue and 2 hammocks, his deck of 30 m2, and a outdoor terrace of 16 m2. For a good night's sleep, the 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, with mosquito nets, are equipped with a bed 160 X 200, mosquito nets and a wall fan. The bathroom with large walk-in shower and a separate toilet complete the package.

Ce logement est très bien situé pour visiter le Sud de la Martinique, apprécier les plages et faire de jolies randonnées. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la discrétion et la possibilité de nous installer plus tôt. Literie confortable, cuisine toute en extérieure, Canapé intérieur mériterai plus de confort pour être optimal. Le parking est très appréciable et sécurisant.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement est très bien situé à l’anse Caffard et permet de bien desservir toute l’île. Hubert nous a très bien accueilli avec un livret des activités/randos à faire sur l’île et des bonnes adresses où manger !

La vue est à couper le souffle, l'emplacement idéal pour visiter l'île. Marché, commerces et restaurants à proximité. Appartement parfaitement conforme à la description et hôte très gentil qui nous a bien guidé dans notre séjour sans être intrusif. Nous y retournerons, c'est sûr !

Rien à redire pour cette location idéale...situation géographique, la vue mer superbe, l' accueil du propriétaire, les équipements en général notamment tous les équipements plage (serviettes, jouets, masques, tubas etc...), la literie, les clim … très bonne adresse au Diamant !!!

Schöner Ausblick
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Villa, welche auf Stelzen in den Hang gebaut wurde. Man hat 2 Sz, (2 Klimaanlagen welche von 19-7 Uhr kühlen), ein Duschbad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, großem Spiegel, Waschmaschine und Fön. Die Toilette ist in einem weiteren Raum. Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, 2 Sofas und Stereoanlage. Von dort tritt man auf die große Terrasse, welche mit einer Küche mit Microwelle, Grill, Geschirrspüler, Spülbecken und Grillkamin ausgestattet ist. Man hat einen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, ein Sofa und eine Hängematte. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings muss man damit leben, dass die Lampen sowie die Armatur der Küche aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit angegriffen ist. Es gibt einen schönen tropischen Garten, einen Rundpool, eine Außendusche, eine Holzterrasse, sowie ein Holzschuppen mit nützlichen Utensilien ( Flossen, Sonnenschirm, Taucherbrillen etc.). Einen offenen Kraftraum gibt es auch, allerdings müssten die Geräte dringend Generalüberholt werden. Diese sind angerostet, aber intakt. Der Vermieter wohnt über der Wohnung, was nicht stört, da man ihn weder sieht noch hört. Wir wurden nett bei einem Drink empfangen und bekamen zwischendurch eine Kokosnuss aufgeschlagen. Es gibt noch einen weiteren Mietbungalow auf dem Grundstück, welcher etwas zurückgesetzt liegt. Mit den Urlaubern teilt man sich den Pool. Wir waren dort glücklich und zufrieden! Der Blick über die gesamte Insel ( Le Diamant bis zur Südspitze der Insel) von der Terrasse ist herrlich! Zum Strand geht man 5 Minuten den Berg hinunter. Dort befinden sich 2 Strandbars, Ernest und NewCap. Beide wirklich nett. Ein schönerer Strand liegt 1000m weiter entfernt. Als Tip: Richting Le Diamant befindet sich rechtsseitig die Markthalle, welche vormittags geöffnet hat. Dort kann man günstig Obst/Gemüse kaufen. Auf dem Parkplatz des Marktes befindet sich ein Verkaufsstand ( bunt gestreift, La Playa)! Dort bekommt man die besten Cocktails, kann gemütlich direkt am Strand sitzen! (€€) Martinique ist wunderschön, wir würden dort sofort wieder Urlauben. Die Lebensunterhaltungskosten sind im Vergleich zu Deutschland sehr teuer, das sollte man wissen!

Excellent séjour dans un appartement très agréable dans un environnement privilégié
Nous avons passé une semaine dans l'appartement Bougainvilliers et avons beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité d'Hubert. Le jardin et la vue sont magnifiques et la piscine partagée avec l'autre appartement est un vrai plus, surtout avec des enfants et d'autant plus que celle-ci est sécurisée.

l'appartement avec sa terrasse est très agréable. LA vue sur la mer est bien dégagée, le jardin et la piscine bien agréable. L'accueil a été parfait. Vous pourrez vous baigner un peu plus loin dans les anses ou revenir sur le Marin c'est au choix. merci Hubert pour cet accueil
