O hotel é bom, porém tivemos problema no check in
Tivemos problemas na chegada ao hotel. Só iríamos passar uma noite e chegamos exaustos à recepção e fomos surpreendidos com a necessidade de pagar o hotel, apesar de já estar pago através da plataforma do hoteis.com. Em que pese o Hotel ser bem bacana e o café ser de ótima qualidade, o stress da chegada e a demora para resolver o problema, foram bem desagradáveis.

It is a new hotel with nice rooms. The family rooms have enough space. Only the bathroom is a little bit small. But functional for 1 night. We had a grean stay!

tres bon choix , sans regret
J'apprécie la proximité du centre ville et en même temps, l'hotel est en retrait par rapport aux routes principales . J'apprécie moins le fait que le lavabo soit dans à l'extérieur de la douche . Il manquait un voilage sur la fenêtre pour être à la lumière du jour sans vis à vis. Endroit très calme et douillet . Les livres dans la chambre sont une bonne idée . Merci de votre accueil . Fatima

Personnel au top, sympathique et agréable. En revanche des loupés étonnants : Facture remise qui ne correspond pas au montant que j’ai payé, en effet l’hôtel enlève la commission Hotel.com sur la facture donc je ne pourrai pas être remboursé du montant que j’ai payé par mon employeur. De plus l’isolation de l’hôtel est inexistante ! Trop de bruit

Hôtel confortable proche de la gare
Un hôtel neuf, un parking souterrain à proximité (payant). Nous avons apprécié l’accueil. Il y a un food court en bas de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner me paraît un peu cher par rapport a ce qui se fait ailleurs. Notre chambre avait un lit superposé pour les enfants , très bien fait. Seuls bémols : la VMC au dessus du lit (pour les gens sensibles au bruit… attention), le wifi HS lors de notre sejour (1 nuit)
