A Great Time in La Lavandou

This property is in an amazing location with great views. Everything you need is there and cooking dinner on the terrace is a treat. La Lavandou has a number of beaches and plenty of bars and restaurants, when you want to go out. We are thinking of booking again for next year.

Wonderful stay

We have spent a month travelling around France and this is our favourite place. Gorgeous villa in a cute seaside town. As a family of 4 we only used upstairs. It was great to have a washing machine and we used the bbq in the balcony. The views are amazing and we would come back.

Lovely villa in Le Lavandou

We had a wonderful time in Le Lavandou. The villa was lovely with all the facilities anyone could wish for and conveniently located for the beach and shops. There is a steep hill to get to the villa which is fine for fit adults and youngsters but difficult for little children. The property manager Mathieu was professional and helpful and responded to our queries promptly. We highly recommend a stay at this the villa and would happily come back again. Thank you.

Villa with a Lavandou View

We were delighted with the Villa. The hosts were very responsive and the concierge was very accommodating. The pool was very welcome and we particularly enjoyed the views from the rooftop and terraces. There were lots of options for dining in Le Lavandou and we discovered St Clair beach which was a gem! The Villa was well equipped and very comfortable. The only thing we wished we had were towels for the pool and beach.

Beautiful house perfect for a large group

We had a lovely time. We love the location, the layout of the house was perfect for our large group . There was only a little inconvenience with the smell in the downstairs studio. The pool was cloudy and greenish looking , but we were assured that nothing was wrong with the pool and enjoyed it very much.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Haus, gut und praktisch ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und dem Verwalter vor Ort war absolut problemlos. Wir sind erst mitten in der Nacht angekommen, was auch kein Problem war. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Man kann gut zu Fuß ins Zentrum und an den Strand gehen.

Villa agréable en famille ou entre amis

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre villa, idéalement située, meublée avec goût très bien équipée et au top pour les groupes d'amis ! On a adoré les différents coins de détentes. Merci d'avoir finalisé l'installation de la pompe à chaleur pour que nous puissions en jouir durant cette semaine ensoleillée. Nous avons profité également des jolis paysages et itinéraires en vélo.

Très belle villa au Lavandou

We had a very nice stay in the villa. Fantastic view and perfect location, quiet and peaceful area - and excellent with a short distance down to the harbour, beaches and shops. Vacances agréable

La maison est pratique et fonctionnelle et bien équipée , elle reste fraîche malgré les grosses chaleurs et nous n’avons mis la clim que pour dormir , les terrasses sont conviviales ,il n’y a pas de vis à vis et l’environnement est très calme ,le Lavandou est a 3mn à pied ( un peu plus de temps pour revenir car la pente est raide !) le studio est parfait pour des jeunes ou des couches tard qui peuvent profiter sans déranger le reste de la maison ( toutefois odeur désagréable qui émane des canalisations même en laissant les portes ouvertes Toute la journée.) La piscine est minuscule mais mignonne avec sa plage en bois , nous aurions aimé plus de transats ( seulement 2 , 1 chilienne et 2 sièges)nous avons acheté des matelas pneumatiques pour que toute la famille puissent s’allonger. Nous aurions aimé être prévenu que le portail ne fermait pas et que par conséquent le jardin n’était pas clos . Côté tranquillité nous n’avons pas choisi la bonne quinzaine :plusieurs interventions de l’entretien piscine ( le monsieur est charmant et a essayé d’être le plus discret possible) , devis piscine et ouvriers pour réparer le portail ( plusieurs jours de suite bloquant l’accès avec leurs véhicules,vive la disqueuse le matin! ) Merci au concierge pour l’accueil sympa et le départ.

Villa avec vue magnifique

La situation de la villa est idyllique. Vue mer. La villa est sur 2 niveaux, 3 chambres de plain pied et 2 autres en rdj. Petite piscine et douche à l extérieur en rentrant de balades. Tout se prête à la détente. Bémol sur une chambre du rdj, plafond bas et manque d aération. Signalé au propriétaire. Enfin, nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille.

Un cadre magique dans une villa charmante

Nous serions très heureux de pouvoir retourner à la villa devant les îles:) Toutes les conditions y sont reunies pour passer un excellent séjour, calme, proche du centre, vue époustouflante, une villa atypique sur plusieurs plans. La terrasse du hat est idéale pour les séances de yoga au petit matin et l' apéritif au coucher du soleil, une vraie merveille !

Trés bon séjour dans une belle villa au Lavandou

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Lavandou. La villa est très belle, bien concue avec tout ce qu'il faut et elle est aussi très bien placée: petite ruelle calme, vue magnifique et on peut aller au village et à la plage à pied. Le propriétaire est très serviable et répond rapidement aux questions!

Très agréable séjour dans une magnifique maison.

La maison est très belle et agréable à vivre. Elle est aussi très bien située, et la vue en hauteur sur la mer magnifique. Tout le confort est là, la maison à été rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons apprécié la flexibilité pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ, pour un week-end en mai où il n'y avait pas de locataires avant et après. Nous remercions M. Goiran et Mathieu pour l'accueil irréprochable, avec le bon rosé au frais à notre arrivée 😊.
