The hotel itself was fine and the staff was friendly. However, I took a shuttle to the airport after my stay and realized I left my work laptop computer on the bed. I immediately called, messaged and messaged again. No one would answer or respond to any form of communication. I have been trying to contact for days since returning to the U.S. and no response. I have asked Expedia to help but I still have not heard from anyone. I simply want my computer shipped to me and the shipping paid with my credit card the hotel already has on file. This computer is EXTREMELY important and good customer service would be to help a guest - or at least respond to a message.
This is completely unacceptable for a hotel to refuse to respond to a guest. Be aware, once you stay here, you'll never be able to reach anyone after you leave. Very disappointed.
