The facility was good but taxi the hotel hired was terrible! They charged me 46 euros for just for 10 minutes ride between the hotel and airport! In addition, they remained charge me 300 EUR deposit which was withdrawn from my account! I think I will never use this hotel. Other than those, I am satisfied with the hotel.

Everything was wonderful, the gentleman at check in was extremely helpful and polite to make our stay a wonderful experience! The breakfast was delicious and reach in variety! The lady at checkout was very friendly and helpful with arrangements for shuttle! Very clean, modern, and a wonderful pool!

Hotel staff was rude as we were given room which we didn't like staff did not change our room which lead us to vacate room in the middle of night 3 am and also struggling for refund. Room was terrible with sofa beds.

Ok for a night
The hotel was unique but the furniture and carpet throughout are heavily stained/damaged making it feel very unclean. I barely sat anywhere and the pillow on the bed was so tiny I might as well have slept on my arm. Bed was uncomfortable. I would not stay there again. The staff was extremely friendly though. It was close to the airport which was great. Had to pay for their shuttle, wasn’t free.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially accommodating my inability to speak French. Although smoking is not permitted in the rooms, guests obviously violate that policy. I shared this with the front desk and it appeared to be well received. For me, price was a major consideration. I spent less on the hotel to be able to do more in Paris.

Great, but not the most convenient
It was a lovely hotel, but we booked here to be close to the airport. It was quite a trip (metro and bus making it 1hr 35min from Paris) to get to this hotel and still about a 15 minute ride to the airport the following morning (our hotel in the city of Paris for the rest of the trip was about a 45min metro ride directly to the airport), so not the most convenient, but the hotel and service were great!

Clean basic hotel near Charles de Gaulle airport.
Clean basic hotel with an airport shuttle : free from the airport to the hotel, but about 22 Euros (I think) to get back to the airport. Nothing happening in the area around the hotel, but then again, people just use the hotel as a stop-over near the airport. (We stayed there because we have family in a village close by.) Wifi was down on our 1st night, otherwise no complaints.
