When we checked in they said the AC was broken and was going to be fixed the next day. But it wasn't. At least they gave us a fan to use in the room and free breakfast.

Tired but ok

Situated on a retail park so plenty of choice re something to eat and great access for the motorways. It was clean but very tired, could do with a re-vamp. Staff very friendly but doubt I'd use again nor recommend unless it was updated.

Great for a cheap overnight stay

Was looking for a cheap place to stay overnight with a car outside Avignon. Place was clean, service was friendly and spoke great English, had a decent private bathroom and clean linens. Spacious as well. Was a bit chilly and the A/C heater worked okay but the wall heater was broken. For the price it was well worth it! Skip the breakfast, it looked a bit slim even for 5€

Basic

Stopover on route to Southern France. Very basic hotel as expected but tired and in need of a makeover. Only two towels despite booking for three people. No kettle or drink making facilities in room just a vending machine at reception. Discount at the Hippopotamus restaurant next door which we used. Next time I would pay the additional cost and stay in alternative accommodation.

Retail park location

Room was very small with bathroom even smaller - more like a pod than a room. Saving grace was air con good and hotel across road had great restaurant and got discount from Premiere Classe.

Situated on a commercial estate, we found this to be a basic, older, motel type of accommodation with small rooms. But it suited our needs of simply a place to sleep overnight, whilst being clean and functional with pleasant staff.

This is great for people who are on a budget and just want to a place to rest. The room is extremely small for 3 people though. It was hard to open luggage. Our AC was broken/leakingk, but the room was clean and tidy.

Nous venons sur Avignon car mon petit fils de 15 ans fait des répétitions de théâtre Sa représentation est le 11 avril Ma fille et moi passons nos journée à visiter les musées,les jolies petites rues,et visiter également une amie Habitons sur Valréas et Vaison , évitons les allers retours contraignants

Mauvais accueil.

A la base j'avais opté de régler le séjour à mon arrivée. Surprise la caution de 65 euros et la totalité du séjour de 81.54 euros ont été validés par l'hôtel. Le jour de mon arrivée j'ai souhaité obtenir les factures des deux opérations. Il m'a été fourni que la facture des nuitées à savoir celle de 81.54 euros. Pour celle de la caution de 65 euros l'accueil de l'hôtel m'a dit que ce n'est pas l'hôtel Première Classe qui était à l'origine de l'opération et il m'ont dit que c'était Expedia ou Hotels.com. Le jour de mon départ après avoir contacté Hôtels.com il m'a été indiqué que c'est l'hôtel Première Classe d'Avignon qui avait bien procédé à la demande de paiement de la caution. Au final je suis reparti vers l'accueil pour relater les faits et c'est en ce moment que l'accueil de l'hôtel a reconnu les faits et que la caution a été annulée. C'est vraiment pas normal de vivre une telle situation. A la base ils ne reconnaisse pas leurs actions et par après ils finissent par admettre leurs prises d'initiative après que j'ai insisté à deux reprises au téléphone avec le service assistance de Hôtels.com. premier appel le 25/03/2025 autour de 19h10. Puis le deuxième appel ce jeudi 27/03/2025 autour de 12h. Mauvais accueil et incompétence du personnel d'accueil.
