Ideally located in the heart of a charming seaside resort at the end of La Baule, 2 steps from the salt marshes of Guérande and the Sauvage coast. A 5 min walk from the market and the beach of Pouliguen.
Quiet and quiet neighborhood.
You can enjoy all the pleasures of family holidays at the sea.

The house consists of:
On the ground floor :
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave and dishwasher)
- a dining room, lounge (TV)
- WC
- washing machine
- a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, bathroom (shower) and access to the terrace

Floor:
- 3 bedrooms with 140X190 bed
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

Vacances au Pouliguen
Très bon séjour dans cette maison idéalement placée et bien conçue et aménagée. Nous avons été accueillis par Rosane et Emilie. Nous étions en famille avec des enfants de 4 et 7 ans. Aucun souci avec la piscine que nous devions fermer tous les soirs (manuellement mais ca faisait un peu d'exercice). A noter que Le Pouliguen est une petite ville très agréable avec de bons restaurants (je recommande "le Jules"). La météo a été très bonne et nous n'avons pas souffert des épisodes de chaleur de ce mois d'août. Merci.

La maison est très bien située au Pouliguen, proche de la plage et du marché dans un environnement très calme. Nos enfants ont profité de la piscine au quotidien. La maison est petite mais parfaitement aménagée et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

La maison est très bien positionnée dans Le Pouliguen car tout est faisable à pied ou en vélo. Les prestations de la maison sont de bonnes qualités et le calme qui règne est appréciable pour se reposer.
