Es war alles sehr schƶn, das Appartement kƶnnte an einigen Stellen sauberer sein z.B. LĆ¼fter im Bad, die Rohre im Bad waren verstaubt und die Dusche mĆ¼sste dringend einmal grĆ¼ndlich gereinigt werden! WĆ¼rde jedoch jederzeit wieder buchen!

Les atouts principaux de cette location sont sa situation gĆ©ographique. Elle est proche des commerces et de la plage tout en Ć©tant dans un secteur relativement calme. Elle est spacieuse avec un canapĆ© trĆØs confortable, un coin cuisine bien Ć©quipĆ© et une cabine de douche TOP. Chaque fenĆŖtre possĆØde un store Ć©lectrique bien pratique. Les poubelles dans la cour permettent le tri sĆ©lectif des dĆ©chets. Les points nĆ©gatifs : la literie n'est pas confortable (quel dommage). Il est regrettable qu'il n'y ait pas quelques produits mĆ©nagers Ć  disposition des vacanciers, d'autant que le mĆ©nage n'Ć©tait pas optimal lors de notre arrivĆ©e...

Logement bien situĆ© Ć  2 pas de la la page et du centre. En revanche l'appartement Ć©tait sale Ć  notre arrivĆ©e (poubelle de l'ancien locataire, balai plein de mitons, matelas avec des aureoles de pipi et pas d'alĆØse, lave vaisselle tellement sale que non utilisable et bouilloire entartrĆ©e et pas loin d'avoir des petits poissons. PropriĆ©taire pas trĆØs agrĆ©able et utilisation abusive de la garantie location pour nous facturer une porte de four alors qu'Ć  notre sortie le four Ć©tait intact. Le touquet, le quartier je recommande. La location de cet appartement Ć  fuir.

TrĆØs bel emplacement pour cette location, avec de belles prestations. Tout se fait Ć  pied, ce qui est trĆØs apprĆ©ciable. Nous recommandons la dĆ©couverte des belles demeures touquettoises en rosalie, balade apprĆ©ciĆ© aussi bien par les petits que les grands! Pour les enfants aussi , l'aqualud et le centre Ć©questre sont trĆØs bien. Excellente boulangerie sur la place Quentovic.
