Reception was very deceiving all new and modern and was expecting similar for the rest of the hotel, extremely disappointed. Rooms very basic, noisy with dogs barking early hours in the morning, in desperate need of refurbishment, dirty floors, internal toilet door did not close, balcony floor all broken up and uneven large lip to step over to get in and out of balcony which was dangerous ( kept tripping over it) bunk beds was scuffed and could have easily caused a splinter, lack of wardrobe space, no lifts, lights did not always work on the stairs which was a hazard No wonder we had to pay at the reception on arriving I would not have stayed if I viewed the room first. Would definitely not recommend. Spent 3 nights of discomfort Could not wait to vacate the property

Ideal for a two-night stopover.
It was very good for a two-night stay on our way further west. Nothing fancy but did the job. Comfortable beds and the breakfast was fine (not amazing but not bad in any way either). Easy to find, easy to park and an easy 20 minute walk into the town centre. It did the job we wanted it to do.

Another perfect stay at Le Touquet
Our 3rd visit to this aparthotel. It was fabulous as usual. We always choose this place, as the price is very reasonable, especially for that area. Its only a 20 minute pleasant walk to the beach and lovely town. With the option of using the handy kitchenette ,plus free parking and attractive location . It makes an ideal stop whilst traving to or from the Calais ferry.

Based on reading some of the reviews we were expecting a bare-bones hotel, not good cleanliness and breakfast - in a not-too-nice area. We even took some soap in case it was not provided. We were very pleasantly surprised - this hotel was great - nice area, super staff, pleasant room & balcony, fantastic breakfast albeit just continental, clean - and even had soap & shampoo provided! We will certainly come again (we fly our own plane) - it is the best value in Le Touquet.

Budget value and get what you pay for.
Apartment was smaller than expected with bunk beds in the entrance hallway opposite the bathroom. Separate toilet, which was ok but tiny, and a very small bathroom. In general everything seemed a bit tired and needing sprucing up but the beds were comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. Overall was fine and good value for money (a lot cheaper than others we had looked at). Just don't expect the Ritz :)

A spontaneous booking to break up the drive to the south. Fabulous hotel in a beautiful part of coastal France. Friendly staff. Superb room. Spacious and clean. Two good bunk beds for the kids. Very happy to have discovered this one.

The hotel is in a lovely quiet setting, the rooms are very basic but weā€™re very clean. There was no complimentary tea and coffee in the room which I think most people have come to expect over the years We were moved rooms because the Wi-Fi did not reach to the original room we were in and when it did it was incredibly slow. But the reception staff was very pleasant and dealt with it quickly and efficiently We were asked what time we wanted breakfast but we were not told it was additional cost at the time. The breakfast was nice and worth the 20 euros we paid. We only stayed one night for a quick stopover on the way home to the UK - all in all it was a clean room with polite pleasant staff and an easy stopover would use again for this reason

The exterior and lobby look fabulous but that changes when you get past reception with battleship grey corridors and shabby rooms. But you canā€™t knock the value for Le Touquet, the family suite was big and the kitchenette was well appointed. With that in mind, take provisions to make your own breakfast, the continental offering is not the best. N.B. The equestrian centre sounds lovely, the reality is horse transporters moving around early in the morning.

This was our first visit to Le Touquet and we felt safe in the hotel. The facilities are basic we enjoyed our breakfast in the morning. If you are into long walk and seaside as well as horses it an ideal location

We have stayed here before and needed accommodation at a moments notice as we had been let down by Booking.con. Booked via Expedia, arrived 15 mins later, were expected and greeted warmly. We were travelling with 2 dogs so they found us a ground floor room with direct access to the gardens, turned the heating up as it was freezing outside and couldnā€™t have been kinder to us! Thank you so much! We will be back!

Expediaā€™s message said Iā€™d paid, so not his fault, but check in started with an argument about paying twice. Elsewhere rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Although a little tired and dated. Wi fi inefficient or non existent.
