Appartement bien situé face à la mer. Dommage que les sargasses ne soient pas ramassées.

Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick in Vauclien
Die Wohnung ist zwar sehr einfach aber mit allem, was man so braucht ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und es gab keine ungeladenen Mitbewohner (Ungeziefer). Das war schon mal echt toll👍 Der Meerblick war so schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das ganze Objekt könnte frische Farbe vertragen... Und die Armaturen im Bad hatten ziemliche Rostspuren. Haben aber einwandfrei funktioniert! Salzluft und Feuchtigkeit sind eben aggressiv. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es AC. Funktionieren perfekt und fast geräuschlos. Perfekt 👍 Wichtig zu wissen: unbedingt einen Mietwagen von zu Hause aus reservieren. Martinique ohne ist .... schwierig und vor Ort gibst nur schwer einen. Ausgebucht. Gleich neben der Wohnung gibt's ein Restaurant. Cez Marine-Alice. Zwar ganz einfache Plastikmöbel dafür aber suuuper leckeres Essen und und gute Drinks. Alles von der Küchenfee gezaubert .auch Kuchen und Desserts. Gaaaanz lieber Familien -Betrieb. Es gibt ganz in der Nähe 2 Supermärkte und einen Bäcker. Viel mehr gibt's in Vauclien allerdings nicht. Alle anderen Restaurants waren geschlossen.... Zum Strand muss man ca 15 - 20 Minuten laufen. Wasser max. Hüfttief... Absolutes Surfer und Kiter Paradies. Die gibt's auch Restaurants. Vor der Wohnung sollte man nicht baden...leider... Es gibt dort wohl ne Unterströmung.. Wir waren jedenfalls happy und danken unseren wirklich lieben Gastgebern . Sie haben sich super um uns gekümmert. Haben auch den Transfer zum Flughafen organisiert. Nochmal danke für alles!!!

Simpa et appartement bien agencé
Bon accueil, tarif raisonnable, appartement ancien mais fonctionnel. La plage n'est pas adaptée à la baignade à cause des algues mais les plages ne sont pas très loin (1/2h)

Séjour gâché par les sargasses
Les propriétaires étaient charmants. L installation de la plomberie est très vétuste l appartement est agréable mais la présence de sargasses en face de la fenêtre dont les émanations de gaz sont très gênantes et nocives à gâche notre séjour les propriétaires subissent ce fléau et c est bien dommage car l appartement est en face de la mer le bruit des vagues est reposant mais les monticules de sargasses ont pollués notre séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour à la Martinique 3 personnes dans cette appartement de 2 chambres literie est bien et on apprécie la climatisation dans les chambres. On apprécie aussi son balcon face à la mer et très central pour les commerces avec un restaurant au pied de l'appartement ☺️.Très bien accueillis par nos hôtes. Un emplacement idéal pour visiter la Martinique. Je recommande 🥰. Juste manque quelques verres mais c'est tout. Merci.

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement face à la mer
Nous avons passé très bon séjour, l'appartement est bien équipé, des petits commerces à proximité (boulangerie, supérettes,...). Le fait que l'appartement soit en front de mer fait qu'il y à l'air du large en permanence, ce qui rend la chaleur beaucoup plus supportable et éloigne les moustiques. Le seul "problème" est la présence des sargasses sur la côte atlantique, heureusement peu odorantes sur le front de mer du Vauclin contrairement à d'autres endroit où l'odeur est insupportable, les propriétaires n'y sont malheureusement pour rien mais il faut le savoir... Compter minimum une trentaine de minutes pour accéder aux plages du sud. Je recommande ce logement au rapport qualité/prix tout à fait correct !

Nous avons passé un super séjour au Vauclin avec mon conjoint. La vue est réellement digne d’une carte postale. La situation géographique est au top. Petits commerces et plage de la pointe Faula à proximité. Et merci à Alain et Dominique qui sont très accueillants et chaleureux ☺️

Agréable séjour au vauclin
Nous avons été reçu avec les propriétaires, agréables et souriants. Le lieu correspond à la description de l'annonce, les commerces de proximité sont bien pratique et la boulangerie située juste en bas est bonne et propose une bonne variété de pain et viennoiseries. L'appartement est bien ventilé ce qui évite les moustiques et nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur. De plus le logement se situe non loin des plus belles plages de la Martinique, on peut également profiter du bord de mer pour des promenades matinales ou en soirée.

parfait!
nous avons eut un accueil chaleureux, les propriétaires sont vraiment d'une rare gentillesse (encore merci pour la corbeille de fruits! un régal). L'appartement est propre et grand. La vue sur la mer est splendide et la situation est idéale tant dans la ville du Vauclin et pour rayonner sur l'île avec une voiture. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour!

Appartement pratique et confortable
Accueil très chaleureux de Dominique et son mari. Ils ont été très arrangeants, prévenants et vraiment sympathiques. L'appartement est bien situé pour rayonner dans l'île. Il est spacieux et confortable (bonne literie). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand balcon face à cette mer turquoise ! Le quartier est agréable également. Très bon petit resto aux pieds de l'appartement, marché, plusieurs supérettes et super boulangerie à 2 pas. Commerçants et voisinage accueillants. Nous y avons passé un super séjour avec nos 2 enfants. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Dominique et son mari. L'appartement est bien équipé et bien situé au Vauclin, près d'un restaurant authentique chez Marie Alice, où l'on peut prendre l'apéritif ou déguster des accras et autres spécialités. L'appartement est très bien ventilé naturellement par le bord de mer. Il correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Nous vous recommandons cet appartement et reviendrons certainement au Vauclin louer l'appartement. Eric et Cathy
