This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath custom built home is 40 minutes from downtown Austin and Bergstrom International Airport, 3 miles from Villa Antonia, 15 minutes from Flat Creek Winery, and 10 minutes from Cedar Park. This home has over 2,000 sq. ft of outdoor living space with a large fire pit, a 65 inch outdoor TV, built in gas grill and smoker; all surrounding a gorgeous 9 foot deep pool with a built in spa.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and includes a double oven, built in ice maker and all updated appliances with a large 10 foot island. The open concept home has a large dining room table that seats 10 and looks out to the pool and large covered porch area.

The media room boasts a 100' projection screen, 2 leather reclining sofas that can double as extra sleep space. The media room includes a full size popcorn machine, beverage bar with fridge and sink.

We are minutes from Lake Travis and a public boat launch at Jones Brother’s Park. The park also offers a tennis court, a large playground, & pavilions with grills for family get togethers. Bring your boat or rent from several close by marinas within 10 -25 minutes.

This is an awesome rental for Formula 1, ACL, family reunions, wedding parties, bachelorette and bachelor parties, and any occasion to be together under one roof! No worries on noise restrictions or parking, we are located on 11 acres with complete privacy on all sides.

This home is close to many stores, restaurants and activities. Grubhub delivers to this address as well as HEB, Costco and many other big box stores.

The property was beautiful and fantastic - it was perfect for our group. We spent most of our time outside and in the large family room. It was well equipped to cook several meals. We loved the pool and firepit areas! Our only complaint was bedroom 3 was not listed correctly - it stated 2 twin beds, 1 queen, and 1 twin bunk bed (i.e. 4 beds) - in actuality, it had 1 bunk bed that had a queen and a twin, and then a twin trundle, so we were two beds short. Luckily, the couches were comfortable and we used the provided air mattresses. Otherwise, this was absolutely perfect. The host was easy to communicate with and a great place for our group of friends!

Gorgeous Home - Great Accommodations
11 members of the family gathered from different parts of Texas and California for much needed downtime. Our time together was outstanding and precious. The house provided us all different types of fun opportunities. We spent virtually all day every day in the gorgeous pool. Ann was very receptive to us and accommodating. We are already planning to going back next year!

Gran Getaway
I stayed here with my grown children and grandchildren. We never left the house!!! Kitchen stocked to perfection, pantry size of a bedroom. The view from the outdoors to the green hills was super. We lived in the pool and patio then had grandchild performances in movie room with popcorn in the evening. No negatives for us!!!

We were in town for a long weekend for a Bachelor party with a group of 12 and had the best time at the house. The pool and outside space exceeded expectations. Wonderful Stay Close to Villa Antonia
We recently stayed at this fantastic house and it exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect for us as it was incredibly close to Villa Antonia, where my sister's wedding took place. The house itself had everything we could possibly need, and more! With 8 adults and two kids in our group (ages 11 and 1), we were delighted to find that the space was incredibly spacious, allowing everyone to have their own comfortable areas while still enjoying shared spaces for quality time together. One of the standout features of our stay was the impeccable cleanliness of the house. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel instantly at ease. The host was an absolute delight to communicate with, being incredibly responsive and providing detailed information not only about the house but also about local restaurants and parks. Their recommendations really enhanced our stay and helped us make the most of our time in the area. Fabulous Family Getaway
I booked this property for a mini-family reunion for 9 adults and one baby. Upon arrival, everyone was impressed. Plenty of space, property is beautiful, clean and well-kept. The owners were lovely to work with and answered any questions immediately. They even reached out proactively when a hail storm was about to blow through to allow us access to their garage/protect our cars- a move that is GREATLY appreciated! Our family likes to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. I'd say the place was perfect for our needs and we'll be back with friends one day! Many Thanks!

A small group of old friends gathered here for a reunion and eclipse viewing. It really couldn't have been a better choice. I was expecting to go out, check out the local pub and restaurants, but the house was so nice we never wanted to leave.

The home was even better than the pics! Equipped when anything you could possibly need to entertain, nice towels and more than enough for all guests, great beds, fantastic stocked pantry, tons of dishes and serving platters, wonderful pool and outdoor space... 9 of us stayed here for a bachelor party and had the best time. The place is even better in person. The house and pool/backyard were perfect for what we needed. The house was stocked with all essentials. The surrounding neighborhood has some gems (Luck Rabbit and The Lone Star Bar). We'd highly recommend it.

Texas Hill Country Luxury Home for Family Christmas
We loved staying in this spacious, hill country home. From the moment we walked into our “Christmas retreat,” we felt comfortable and cared for by Ann. This care included placing some tasteful holiday décor about the main living area, which was certainly appreciated as it added to the festive mood of our family reunion. Although, our 10 family members filled the bedrooms at night, the generous gathering areas (large dining table, huge sectional sofa in living room, and outdoor areas) were amply utilized by the many local family and friends, who dropped by to join in our festivities. With 2 chefs in the family (and quite a few wannabe chefs), we really appreciated the layout of the large kitchen, which allowed for a number of culinary activities to go on simultaneously. The beds were very comfortable with delightfully soft linens. The backyard provided 3 great areas for visiting, with no neighbors to complain about our laughter and music. All three fire options (indoor and outdoor fireplaces and fire ring) were utilized as well as was their large spa, which was deep, warm, and soothing. We did not use the theater room very often, as there was just too much conversing to be done, but the football fans did enjoy watching a game there on Christmas day. Note: Over the past 10 years, we have rented 4 different houses in the Austin area for family gatherings and this was the best house by far. We hope that it will be available the next time we get together in Austin.

This home is truly one of a kind. First off, it’s a beautiful home, spacious and livable, offering the privacy and space you need. Our family of 11 easily filled up the large 5 bedrooms with accompanying baths which made for a most cozy and comfortable long weekend. Now let’s talk about amenities! This home is filled with them! The most I’ve ever seen in a rental. Ann, the owner, is most gracious, helpful and accommodating. This home is by far the most well equipped, updated, clean, in every way, well maintained…you get my drift. I can’t give enough accolades to this home. Bravo to Ann and associates on a job well done.
