A very new, clean and efficient hotel. Beds are clean and comfortable. I visited with my wife and all facilities are just right for this Leavenworth trip. Friendly staff from the front desk to cleaners. Particularly impressed with April on how she made everything run well in the breakfast time!

Excellent hotel
We stayed here by accident as we booked the wrong place, but it was much nicer than the place we thought we were booking from a previous stay a year prior. Everything was really nice, close to the Safeway next door, but the only downside was it was about a 20 walk to downtown Levenworth. It was fine because it seemed like a very safe area and there were two of us. We walked because we wanted to have a few drinks at dinner in town and I’m not sure if they have Uber or a taxi service, so if you are alone, that might be something to check out. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Not a lot of coffee in the room, but we called and they brought us more no problem. We had a fridge which was nice for left overs.

This hotel is a good place to stay overall. The staff is nice, the property ia clean, and there are two options for hot tubs (indoors and out). But, we were given a room that faced a pond on the iutside of the window. When we came back from dinner on our first night and it had gotten dark we were greated with the loudest pool of frogs I've ever heard in my life. It was as if the window was wide open but it wasn't. It was incredibly loud- I've never heard anything like it and I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep because I'm such a light sleeper. Thankfully, there was a leak under our AC and the carpet had gotten wet. So I called down to the office and they moved us to a new room across the hall (no frogs there). The rooms are a bit small but they're nice a clean. Good stay, overall.

Kim at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. The hotel room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I did forget to pack a comb, and the hotel provided one. The breakfast was good and the kids loved the waffles. I will definitely be back. All staff was friendly, but Kim stood out to me.
