Villetta
La Frontemare is introduced by a small gate that opens into the yard,
where there are a porch, the built-in barbecue and the spiral staircase
that leads to the upper floor.
The holiday home is on two floors. On the ground floor there are a living room with kitchenette, dining area and sofa, 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom with bunk bed and French-sized bed and 1 full bathroom.
On the upper floor there are 1 double bedroom and 1 full bathroom.

holiday home Villetta La Frontemare is in Torre Chianca, seaside
location near Lecce. The seaside location is a short drive away from
Lecce, the Baroque town with many cultural events. We suggest diving
into the cool water of the Idume river, near the house.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 67 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
