We were told parking at the hotel was £20 per night, however when we arrived we were then told their park was full so had to go to Q Park and pay £30 per night…. The air conditioning vents were dirty and full of mould, and the room/chair/curtains were quite dusty. The dining options within the hotel were terrible, however you can easily walk to some fantastic restaurants. The staff were not particularly friendly, but they weren’t too bad. Overall very average stay, but good location.

Excellent hotel and location
Really enjoyed this hotel, we arrived early and they allowed us to leave bags which they also kindly took to our room for our arrival after check in. Reception staff very friendly, room was ideal. Took a while to fathom the shower but it was great with multiple settings. Didnt get chance to go in the bar but it looked very nice. Breakfast room was right opposite our door on the 4th floor conservatory, very nice food and coffee. Will visit again.

Beautiful hotel in historical building. Short walk from station and city centre. Very clean, nice breakfast and L’Occitane toiletries. What’s not to like. I had a very pleasant stay. Great staff too.
