We had an approved checkout from the night clerk of 12 pm but they started knocking on our door at 11 and then two more time after we told them we were told we can check at 12 even so the clerk wrote it down his name was candy he was excellent

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Annie, who checked us in, was extremely informative and helpful-even checked on us once we were in the room to make sure everything was 100%. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to The Villages!
