Hotel itself was great. Arrived a little late because of flight delay. No one at front desk. I waited more than 10 minutes to get checked in. Cleaning staff ignored do not dusturb and pounded on my door in the morning. Why have the sign?

Great staff, clean hotel.
We had 5 rooms during our stay. We were traveling to this area for unfortunate reasons, but we were instantly made comfortable as soon as we walked into the hotel. Carmen behind the check-in desk was amazing. We had an issue that my card was charged before arrival even though it wasn't supposed to be (another person in our group planned to pay for the rooms, I had only reserved them). She was able to fix that without complaint. We asked for another issue to be taken care of if possible, and she was able to make it happen. We all really appreciated her kindness after a difficult day. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well-kept. One of the better Hampton Inn's I have stayed in, in a long time. The lobby area was a great meeting spot for everyone traveling in our group, it was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast the next morning was also great. The coffee was good! The food was fresh and didn't seem like it was all premade from a box like some other places we have stayed. I would definitely come back if I ever find myself in need of a place to stay in this area again.

Danielle and Annie were both very welcoming and friendly when we checked in. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was convenient to visit the Villages by car or bicycle. Breakfast was was great with lots of options and a very attentive gentleman keeping it clean and well stocked. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely use it again when I'm in the area.
