Scenic Solitude on Weiss boasts majestic water views throughout the entire property. This waterfront property has its own private pier, with year-round deep water, complete with lounge seating. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-living kitchen area on main level and and 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and entertainment/kitchen/living area on lower level. Water is accessible from upper level living and master bedroom, and lower level living and guest bedroom. Kayaks and splash pad are also available.

There are two levels with sleeping areas master, guest bedroom one and two located on main level - and guest three on lower level.

Parking is limited to four cars or three cars and one boat trailer. No street parking.

Primary residence, yard, and pier.

Check-in/out is contactless. However, if you would like for a host to meet with you, a WLC representative will be available for guests during their entire stay.

Quiet, small, neighborhood with great neighbors.

When parking, please use designated driveway for this property only. Do not use neighboring driveways when arriving or departing.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and is required to be present during the entire stay.

To dispose of garbage during your stay, please bag and tie all waste and dispose of in the receptacle located at the rear of the garage.

Smoking is not permitted on the property

No pets allowed - Feel free to contact WLC for pet boarding options

If damage to the property occurs during your stay, please contact WLC by phone as soon as the incident occurs.

*Please note, the primary renter will be responsible for expenses related to damage to the property and/or its contents. This includes missing or broken items inside and outside of the home.
