A 48” 4K television with Netflix and Hulu live programming allows you to catch the Late Show from the comfort of your bed. An on-suite bathroom adorns the master space. With its large walk-in shower and large vanity, you won’t want to leave! Moving on to the second level, a well-appointed full-sized kitchen sits right off the living room. This beautiful kitchen features a large island, stainless steel refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee station, and a stove. The living room features luxurious furnishings, a sleeper sofa bed with a memory foam mattress along with a 65” 4K television that includes Netflix and Hulu Live programming for your viewing pleasure. You will be sure to enjoy the high ceilings and modern details for a luxurious yet charming feel. PERFECT WEEKEND
Adorable and quaint, perfectly designed, immaculately clean, 1-bedroom spacious townhouse in downtown Mt Dora. They paid attention to every detail on everything you need for your home away from home. Even your car will be happy in the garage. Literally bring your suitcase that’s all you need. Less than two minutes from everything in Mt. Dora. Our weekend at the craft show couldn’t be better knowing we were minutes away to relaxation. We will be back!

A short walk to Donnelly Street where shops and restaurants are located. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The host has thought of things you will need, such as make up remover cloths, plenty of k-cups for Keurig coffee maker, coffee condiments, tooth paste. I liked the wine cooler downstairs in the bedroom for our bottled waters and there’s a Keurig coffee maker there as well if you don’t want to take stairs to the kitchen. We purchased a gallon of water to use in coffee makers, I prefer instead of using tap water. Very nice touch with a welcome gift! I’m giving a 4 star on cleanliness because the shower head needs a good cleaning as it had black debris around the tiny holes. You can’t go wrong in choosing The Franklin for your stay in charming Mt Dora!

What an incredible experience Talia provided to us! We got married near by and rented all of her Mt Dora properties for our family and bridal party and the customer service and accommodations were above and beyond. From the personalized welcome cookies to the small details and fulfilled requests, we’ve truly never experienced this type hospitality. Great Location!
Absolutely loved this house. We visited Mount Dora for a friends birthday. The town has so much to do! My husband was pleasantly surprised. The house was perfect and a 5 minute walk to the downtown area. Definitely will stay here again.

Our time at the Franklin was wonderful! We appreciated the personal touches from the start, from the communication before we arrived to the personal note and the wine waiting for us upon arrival. Marvelous attention to detail and a warm, personal touch throughout the property, from snacks, to the Brita pitcher, to the Keurig pods for our morning coffee. We enjoyed sitting in the chairs on the balcony, enjoying morning coffee and greeting passersby. In short, Talia is a gracious host who makes sure you feel at home. We hope to come back some day!

Perfect Location
We enjoyed staying in the Franklin for our short trip to Mount Dora. The townhouse was just perfect. Everything is new and super clean!!! My husband really liked the floors and we are now thinking about putting them in our home. We were able to walk to everything which was nice not to have deal with parking a car. We had a nice meal at The Goblin Market and enjoyed a nice boat ride with Premier Boat Tours. We will definitely be back and hope The Franklin will be available when we do.
