The whole place is properly managed, and the staff are good but it seems hard public transportation around the hotel like tricycles are not available late but Grab is. If you don't have an app its good luck.

Marison Hotel is the best in Legazpi

I really like the Marison. It is very clean, the food is as good as can be expected in a hotel, the people are very pleasant, it is very safe, the staff will flag down transport or assist you in any way. My biggest complaint: stop hassling me about stealing your handtowels on checkout. I just paid 30,000 pesos to stay there for a week, I’m not going to risk jail by stealing your towels…

Someone stole 2 small towels from my room and i had to pay for it...why would i do that and i could go buy them cheaper...plus.. i had to walk 5 minutes to the hotel just cause i drove a tricycle...i will never come back here again. I know the hotel doesn't care and it showed

The hotel as a whole is comfortable. We had an issue with the shower hot water, staff tried to resolve, the shower remained cold. The Italian restaurant is terrible.

My overall rating of the hotel is "excellent, from the front desk, bell boy, cleanliness, friendly and very knowledgeable staff, and clean rooms. The free breakfast was excellent and so many choices of food. I would highly recommend this hotel. Kudos to the staff!
