Home comfort: 3 bedrooms with double beds - new bedding (6), 1 bathroom with bath and basin, 1 bathroom with shower and basin. 2 separate toilets. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Nespresso .. Terrace with Fermob furniture and plancha. The pool is heated. (Off season: as soon as the weather permits). beautifully landscaped garden. TV in living room and 2 bedrooms, TV and apple bluetooth speaker available !! At 300 meters from the beach of Americans. The famous Cap Ferret market is 5 minutes by bike!

Une vraie arnaque
Maison mitoyenne des 2 côtes, au bord d’une route ultra passante, vétuste et sale, sous équipée en cuisine, linge de maison, wifi défaillant, TV, transats et lits HS , une seule clé etc… En bref, ni la description de l’annonce, ni le prix ne correspondent à la réalité! Une vraie escrescroquerie!

Agréable maison qui peut être améliorée
La maison est agréable avec ses grandes terrasses , vue sur les pins et la piscine . Elle est mitoyenne des 2 côtés mais cela ne gêne absolument pas . Il n’y a quasiment pas de vis à vis même dans la piscine . Elle est cependant au bord de la route menant au Ferret . La route est bruyante mais le son est couvert par le bruit des cigales . L’accès au ferret est très facile et rapide ( en 2 min à belisaire , 5 min au marché à vélo ) . Vous pouvez accéder à pied à la plage des américains coté bassin en 5 min . Cependant quelques détails ternissent un peu carte postale : la maison étant prévue pour 6 personnes , manque de verres à eau , d’un grand plateau pour les aller-retours sur la terrasse , 1 seule serviette de toilette par personne pour la semaine , manque de bain de soleil ( seulement 3 pour 6 ) , table de Ping-Pong vieillissante avec des raquettes inutilisables ou presque , télés inutilisables dans les chambres , piscine peu chauffée Mais la semaine s’est tout de même très bien passée et nous reviendrons certainement avec plaisir

Déçus
La maison est en bord de route et accolée à d autres maisons. Le calme absolu qu on peut espérer au Cap ferret n’était donc pas au rendez-vous. La maison est bien équipée, mais la salle de bains du bas est un peu vieillissante et les peintures de ci delà abîmées notamment dans l’entrée . On sent que la maison est destinée à la location principalement. La personne en charge de la sortie est arrivé à 9h45 pour libération de la maison à 10h de manière un peu cavalière et en nous rappelant qu il fallait être ponctuel : Pas à la hauteur du standing et du service moderne attendu. La maison reste agréable.

Maison parfaite pour les vacances
Maison bien située et équipée pour passer de bonnes vacances. 2 terrasses très agréables et piscine (peu chauffée). Les 2 tv des chambres ne fonctionnent pas mais pas nécessaire en réalité. Mitoyenne des 2 côtés et route devant mais pas de vrai désagrément pour des urbains. Situation idéale proche de tous les villages.

Rien à dire sur la maison et son équipement, mais il faut savoir qu’elle est mitoyenne des deux côtés, et que le jardin donne directement sur la route la plus passante du Cap-Ferret .....

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de deux semaines au Cap Ferret dans cette maison. La maison est bien équipée, bien organisée, et très joliment décorée. Nous avons aussi été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée sur place.
