Nice clean house with small garden and excellent deck with awning. Well supplied with kid's toys/books/games. Several bicycles really useful. Close to shops 10 mins walk to bay or 10 mins drive to Atlantic beach. Double check check-out time. One shower u/s throughout visit. Owner responded quickly to messages through app. 2 portable ac units really useful when temperature reached 39C.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end car la maison est bien située ( tout peut se faire à pied ), très bien pensée au niveau des équipements pour tous les âges ( rien ne manque pour les loisirs, dans la cuisine, dans les chambres... le descriptif est fidèle) + le propriétaire est disponible et attentionné. Vacances Petit Piquey
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d’Emmanuel à Petit Piquey ! La maison est parfaitement propre, très équipée, la literie est confortable. Les activités extérieures ne manquent pas (ping-pong, badminton, vélo…) La maison est à proximité immédiate du bassin, plage des hirondelles et de la boulangerie Patachou. Aucune nuisance sonore, le calme du bassin ! Les activités autour de la maison ne manquent pas : pistes cyclables, club de voile et centre équestre On peut se passer de la voiture et circuler à vélo. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Schönes Haus in perfekter Lage
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt ideal in der Nähe einiger schöner Strände, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Eine sehr gute Bäckerei befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus. Gerne wieder! Merci!

Séjour très agréable dans une jolie maison en bois très fonctionnelle situé au village du Petit Piquey. Le lieu est calme car la maison est en contre bas de la route. Une boulangerie se trouve juste en face, très pratique pour le pain frais du petit déjeuner !

Tout pour être heureux
La maison est vraiment bien située pour profiter de la presqu'île. Elle a été un bel écrin pour notre séjour en famille mais aurait tout aussi bien pu être adaptée pour des vacances entre amis. Le Ferret donne envie de revenir tellement il offre une parenthèse onirique, la maison a beaucoup aidé pour plonger dans ce rêve. Le propriétaire s'est montré bienveillant, soucieux de notre confort. Le plus subjectif : 2 vélos adultes + 1 vélo enfant ainsi qu'une table de ping-pong sont un vrai plus pour le séjour !

Très bon séjour familial
Charmante maison en bois idéalement placée vs bassin et océan (et boulangerie), très bien équipée (barbecue, vélos, cuisine, terrasse, très bonne literie) et parfaite pour les enfants (jeux, livres, etc). Complètement au calme malgré la proximité de la route et du voisinage. Hôtes disponibles, agréables, aidants et réactifs. Nous serons ravis d’y séjourner à nouveau.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cette jolie maison, confortable et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison en elle-même, les espaces sont optimisés pour être à l'aise, et l'équipement de la cuisine , très complet et de qualité , ce qui est assez rare dans les locations saisonnières (lave-vaisselle, four micro-ondes et traditionnel, plaques induction et divers robots ménagers). L'espace extérieur aussi est très agréable avec sa terrasse au calme , son barbecue, la table de ping-pong....Quant à l'emplacement sur la presqu'île, il est idéal : on n'est loin de rien et proche de tout, de l'excellent glacier juste en face , d'une pizzeria et d'un bon boulanger, mais aussi des jolies boutiques de déco ou des petites plages du bassin.Bref, je recommande cette location!

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison. Le contact avec les propriétaires et les explications données pour la maison étaient impeccables. La maison est conforme à la description, très bien tenue et agréable à vivre. Nous avions 4 enfants en bas âge et la maison est parfaitement adaptée pour eux. Proximité d'une plage et d'un boulanger/ pâtissier/ glacier qui permet des trajets à pieds. Bref nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Maison idéale aussi bien pour grande famille qu'entre amis : très propre, très pratique et très bien équipée. Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve avec nos 5 enfants !!! Pas le temps de s'ennuyer : plage juste en face, je vous conseille l'apéro huitres - coucher de soleil en amoureux pendant que les enfants regardent leur dessin animé. Tout est prévu pour ne pas s'ennuyer quelque soit le temps : toutes sortes de jeu de balle, jeux de sociétés, films, vélos avec piste cyclable à 30 secondes, la célèbre pâtisserie "Patachou" juste en face, barbecue... Les propriétaires sont prévenants et adorables. La maison est toute équipée et en très bon état. Je recommande +++

Avons passé un WE très agréable. La maison a une très grande pièce à vivre. L'endroit est très sécurisé pour un séjour avec de jeunes enfants. Les chambres sont grandes. La position de la terrasse permet d'être au calme pour manger. En résumé un très bon séjour.
