Nice landlord very accommodating, the house seemed to us to be a new listing ? Many things need to be fixed, broken blinds in living room, stained mattress w no mattress pad( very gross ) door latches broke, threshold all crinkled and not tight, dirty patio furniture, broken pool and shed ( Ian ?? ) , other people’s dog poop, no Bar soap, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent bring everything if you go there, no soap to wash clothes, no coffee bring some. Couldn’t get the TV work for the first day they sent someone to set it up owner was in Europe then had very limited channels ! Washer sounded like it was going to take off extremely noisy, We will NEVER go back there ! To much wrong to mention all !

Property was clean, basic and provided us with what we needed. The only request I would ask the owner is to amp up the security items like locks on the screened in patio, a stick for the sliding glass door, a small safe and allow access to the garage to park the rental car.

The beds were super comfortable. The house was in good shape. But there are a few things that could be fixed. The lawn was a little higher than I would have liked for my dogs to be in the backyard. Also there was a lot of loud creaking in the attic that kind of freaked me out. But all in all a pretty good place to stay.
