The owner was a very friendly and helpful chap. I was there for 5 days and was rather surprised that no house keeping was provided in that time. Had to make do with 2 towels and the handful of tea coffee and milk was used on first day, when not replaced I bought hot chocolate at Iceland on the corner. On a much more positive note the room was very warm and had to turn radiator down and sleep with window open, certainly no chance of ever getting cold staying here. The en-suite bathroom and toilet was quite good with nice hot spacious shower. The twin beds were very comfortable and slept very well, despite the noise from guests on the creaky staircase. If there was a housekeeping service available and WiFi password available to me then I would have rated 4 stars instead of 3. Never saw owner upon checkout to say about the room not being serviced when on Expedia , it says it’s supposed to be.

Shower and toilet very small area and not very clean. No hangers. One bath towel. It’s run down damp on walls as you go up to your room. Stairs very narrow and steep.

This was a very run down guest house, the bathroom which had a shower and toilet was preety grim. Someone used the toilet whilst I was out and didn’t flush. The light pull cord on the bathroom was actually black from grime. The bed though was comfy and the carpet clean. Grim overall though

The property I would say overall is pretty average it's an old building that hasn't really been modernised , it's also a very noisy area never seems quiet I prefer a nice quiet place so for me personally I think it needs some improvements,but I guess it meets the basics needs for a stay on the plus side the rooms are fairly cheaper compared to more modern Hotels.

We walked out within 5 minutes of arriving at this facility, The property was not inviting. It was dirty, poorly decorated, not as seen in the pictures!! The outside was dirty and ugly and we were greeted with bags of personal belongings thrown all of the floor outside. All furniture in the room is broken, dated and dirty with a burn mark in the carpet. No personal bathroom available. I would NOT recommend this facility.

The dimensions of the bathroom are inadequate and comparable to the size of an aeroplane toilet. The beds were not comfortable, and the cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory. It is not a place to stay with a couple/family.

Do Not Go!
The whole place was dirty. The staff were rude, the floor felt like it was about to fall through (dodgy floorboards). Everywhere was filthy. I hated staying here. Nothing matches the pictures. Parking on the road which you have to pay for. Was definitely overcharged for the room I got. Would have been nice to have a lamp instead of one massive big light. I found black hairs on my pillow. Couldn’t wait to leave there. Absolute rip off. Do not go!

The photos that are on the site are old, so apart from the number of beds you matched with the photos, everything left looked nothing like the ad! Dirty room with the smell of mould, stains everywhere on the walls, old painting, old furniture, terrible shared bathroom has no words! Don't stay there, unless you want a terrible experience!
