Im Winter ideal, im Sommer einen groƟen Bogen drum machen da das neugebaute Hotel keine Klimaanlage hat. Man sollte sich vielleicht auch auf eine Ausrede einigen wieso das so ist, es kann nicht wegen baurechtlichen Vorgaben und Klimaschutz gleichzeitig sein. Der bereitgestellte Propeller als Abhilfe verdient seinen Namen auch, denn er hat noch die vor der TĆ¼r fahrende StraƟenbahn Ć¼bertƶnt. An sich sind die Zimmer sehr schƶn eingerichtet und ordentlich groƟ, das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck ist bis auf die warmen SƤfte auch sehr gut, und das Personal durchweg freundlich. Wenn da nicht die nichtvorhandene Klimaanlage wƤre, wƤre es eigentlich ein gutes Hotel.

Das Hotel wurde am 01.06.24 erƶffnet. Wir wurden angerufen, ob wir vom anderen Best Western Hotel in dieses umbuchen wollen. 6 Tage nach Erƶffnung war es bei unserer ZimmerTĆ¼re immer noch nicht gelungen, die Technik fĆ¼r die Ɩffnung mit Karte zu aktivieren. Mit nem normalen SchlĆ¼ssel blockierte die TĆ¼r ebenfalls, weil wir das gleichzeitig TĆ¼r sehr stark ran ziehen und SchlĆ¼ssel drehen, nicht beherrschten. Das Hotelpersonal war super und tat uns leid, denn sie kƶnnen ja nichts fĆ¼r den technischen Zustand und haben sich trotzdem die Beschwerden freundlich angehƶrt und uns jedesmal geholfen.

Good room in great location, with minor issues
Overall had a good experience, spacious room with mini fridge (mini bar) and desk, very conveniently located close to the main station which made getting around super easy! I just have a few small complaints but all in all the visit was good. My issues, in order of severity, are the following: 1) The bathroom had a full length window with shutters that didn't fully close all the way. When sitting on the toilet I was literally able to see people on the street below, which was obviously uncomfortable from a privacy perspective. They probably couldn't see me as well as I saw them, but it still made me feel uneasy to the point where I turned the lights off when showering. Bathroom windows like that should be frosted or something for privacy! Addditionally, the shutters were on the outside and when it was windy they made a fair bit of noise. 2) I had a corner room and it seemed the wifi signal was struggling to reach me. I always had only one wifi bar, and I lost connection if I took my phone into the bathroom. I had to reconnect a few times per day, which was annoying. 3) Though it wasn't a huge deal, it somewhat bothered me that the lightning in the room wasn't very good. When getting back in the evening when it was dark outside, I'd turn on every light but it was still quite dim (except the bathroom which got very bright) All things considered I'd rate my experience a 7/10, would be happy to stay here again!
