don't get close to this hotel!!
We spent two nights over there (unfortunately) location was not good price was not reasonable especially to what you get (more like not getting) and compare to other hotels around. They ask for charge over wi fi even though was included. Spa was also included but they asked for extra money. The day after we were able to wake them up but it was too late. When trying to complain at 1800 o'clock the front desk was abandoned until the morning after (no one was answering the phone) ... Unbelievable!!! While checking out we adked to be compensated for inconvenience and the reaction was : "if you don't pay now we'll charge your credit card " horrible service! They don't know the meaning of the term. And above all it was the most expensive nights we had on 14 days trip. Don't get near to this hotel! Look for another.

The hotel is central, and has an excellent standar.d The room ample and very nice, with a big bathroom. Everything is very clean. One has to know that one either has to arrive before 6PM or get in with a code; then guets will always use their card to get in. But everything is perfectly set up so there is no inconvenient whatsoever. I do recommand this hotel.

Besser als beim letzten Besuch
Nachdem bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt innerhalb von 3 Tagen nicht einmal das Housekeeping im Zimmer war, war diesmal alles ok. Ich war allerdings auch nur eine Nacht hier. Empfang an der Rezeption ausgesprochen freundlich. Zimmer war sauber und herrlich ruhig, jedoch sehr warm. Es gibt leider keine Klimaanlage. Und dieses Mal leider auch keine GetrƤnke, da der GetrƤnkeautomat in der Lobby defekt war. Aber gegenĆ¼ber gibt es zum GlĆ¼ck einen Konsum, der bis 22 Uhr geƶffnet hat.

Vorsicht bei der Anreise mit dem PKW
Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schƶn, und der CheckIn ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Allerdings ist das Hotel baustellenbedingt zur Zeit mit dem PKW nicht zu erreichen. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz befindet sich im ƶffentlichen Raum vor dem Stadion und ist wƤhrend FuƟballspielen nicht nutzbar. Leider kann man das bei der Buchung nicht erkennen. Aber ansonsten war alles OK.

Small room, missing info about check in & parking
When arriving in a car at this hotel, it is important to know that the hotel parking is opposite the hotel (the places from nr. 1 to nr. 12). When you arrive in the afternoon, there no one in the reception you can ask. You have to park your car and phone a kind of reception where you get a code to the key card to your room. The hotel do NOT inform you about this beforehand, you will have to find this out by yourself! Our room was very small, it was not possible to get out of the double bed to both sides. Really a pain in the aā€¦, when you have to go to the toilet in the night. Hotel is placed convenient at a tram line, directly to centrum (10 min).
