Lekki Phase 1 beach resort & accommodations

My experience in Melbrooke park hotel was good, up on arrival l i was upgraded to executive room which was a nice gesture. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly, though in my opinion the prices of the meal from the restaurant was a little high.

I have been a satisfied customer at your hotel, but I've encountered a recurring issue that needs attention. The staff members seem to overlook verifying payments made through Expedia, leading to unnecessary inconvenience. Issue Details 1. I book and fully pay through Expedia. 2. Upon arrival, staff claims payment is pending or incorrect. 3. This has happened consistently, causing unnecessary stress. Request 1. Improve payment verification processes. 2. I stay at the Lilygate was amazing. The staff was friendly, kind and very helpful. The was able to assist me with ride to get to another point. Any questions I asked they extended their hospitality to help. Manager is a great person. I came in a day later and had contacted the hotel and she responded by letting me my room will still be reserve for me. I appreciated the staff hospitality and support to make a stay comfortable as if I was home.
