This is great place to stay if you’re needing a break from the workplace or have family in the area and want to be close by and have your own space. Holidays are coming up!!! This home offers many amenities and be sure to ask about scheduling an IN-HOUSE appt. for a full body massage by a professional massage therapist. This property is conveniently located and close to Wilmington events, nearby attractions, and many restaurants to choose. Leland is a growing town so there are new places to explore here too. Enjoy being in a quiet neighborhood near NC-133/Hwy 17 and approximately 30 minutes from many public beaches. This listing offers the use and access of the shared spaces with your Host in the home. Two furnished rooms for Guests are on the upstairs 2nd floor at the end of the hallway with a private door/key entry. Guests will find privacy, safety, comfort, and convenience here. My hostess, Pia, is absolutely wonderful! Her house is very clean and the backyard Oasis is so relaxing! I'd stay there again & I recommend it to everyone. Thank you Pia for an amazing stay!

Pia was very welcoming and tended to our needs. The room was clean and she provided plenty of guidance around the room and the rest of the house. We'd definitely consider staying here again.
