TWO HOMES~LAKE FRONT~ONE LOT - Rare opportunity to rent up to 2 homes on an approx 2.7 acre lake front lot. Lot is contiguous to over 350 feet of TVA owned property on a point on Ft Loudon Lake. The property is in close proximity to Lenoir City, Farragut & West Knoxville This recenty renovated lakefront wooded property provides the perfect getaway for adults and kids. This unique property consists of two homes with a dock on Ft London Lake. The primary house, a two story house, has three bedrooms and 3 baths upstairs with a basement bunk room, 1/2 bath, a large entertainment space, and laundry room downstairs. This house sleeps up to 12 people. The primary house has large wrap around decks with great views of the lake, outdoor screened in porch, a firepit area, and a pool. A second smaller home on the property is available for rent and contains a two bedroom two bath that sleeps up to 6 people for a total of 18 person between both houses. Houses can be rented separately or combined to accommodate larger groups and/or families.

Great getaway!
This property is great and just as described. We had a few minor issues but Ed was very responsive and took care of each issue promptly. The walk to and from the lake is quite steep so be prepared to get a workout! My elderly parents were unable to make the walk but since there is also a pool we still had a place to hang with them.

Lake house stay 2024
Our stay was great. The house was just as listed. Lots of things to do at the house. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside would be there were no gates on the patio to keep the kids out of the pool. So we had to always be outside with them. Also the showers didn’t drain very well, but I am sure that can be fixed easily. We really loved our stay and would definitely love to return again.

Good property for our weekend visit
The property and house were good for what we needed on this fishing trip in the Lenoir City area. The host, Ed, was very responsive to our questions and proactive in providing information about the property and the area. Though it feels secluded, it's conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. The main thing we needed was sleeping space for four adults and room for our boat trailer, and this place was perfect for that. The house was clean and seemed newly renovated, the kitchen was well equipped for eating meals there, and having the washer & dryer was helpful. The only thing we couldn't find were wall outlets in the master and hall baths, and some exterior cosmetic things lessened the wow factor a small bit, but these didn't take away from us having a good time at this property.

Amazing Bachelorette weekend!!
Amazing weekend!! I booked for my niece and her friends to celebrate her upcoming wedding. They loved the newly renovated house, it had plenty of space for them to enjoy each other’s company and share laughs in the various indoor and outdoor living spaces including around the fire pit. The host went out of his way with communications to ensure that the girls would have their best time, including leaving a complementary bottle of wine. They said they would definitely go back and enjoy the lake next time!!

Kid weekend
We rented this house for a girls/kid weekend. The newly renovated house was nicely done. The house is on a beautiful wooded lot and the friendly neighborhood deer came to pay us a visit. The house had plenty of sleeping options for the 10 of us and opportunities for the kids to enjoy pop-a-shot and a downstairs kids play area while older kids and adults had separate TV and game area for hours of countless fun. The host, Ed, is super responsive and extremely accommodating. Sleeping area downstairs could benefit from additional window coverings. We had a wonderful time and look forward to a return trip.
