Wonderful and cozy place, conveniently located for sightseeing and exploring lerwick. Peter is an excellent attentive host. We would stay there again when in Shetland and can only recommend!

Overpriced
This is an old property - we stayed in January and the windows were running with water and the curtains are not great. The heating was barely coping so the owner kindly gave us an additional electric radiator. Breakfast is a low quality continental pre-packed one - such a shame - we chose to get breakfast out. There is a hairdryer in the bedroom but no mirror. It's way over-priced but accommodation in Shetland seems to be at a premium while the wind farm is bring built and some places were taking a holiday, so our choice was limited. Although we were told there was plenty of street parking nearby, this was not our experience.
The hosts are very friendly and nice folk
Convenient to walk into town and close to main road to Sumburgh and others.
We had a nice little sitting area for tea in our room...Wifi was good and lots of options for continental breakfast
A lovely b&b , nice renovated rooms, good beds and a wounderful shower. A very big continental breakfast, they even had extra glutenfree options for me as i have an allergy, so kind.
An excellent B&B outside the center of the Lerwick, but very walkable to anywhere you need to go. The room was clean, the bed was very comfy, and had a large ensuite bathroom with a great shower. The continental breakfast had a good array of choices. We will definitely be back to stay again!
Great Guest House with a room offering plenty of space, private bathroom facilities and a fantastic view over the ocean. Eddlewood Guest House is situated in a quiet area just a 5 minutes walk from the centre of Lerwick and about 1 km. from Tesco.
During my stay only continental breakfast was served, but still there was plenty of food to choose from and enough space to ensure that all guests (5 rooms in total) could have a table of their own. The host was utmost friendly and it was a joy to stay there.
I truly recommend Eddlewood Guest House as THE place to stay during a trip to Lerwick and Shetland in general.

Eddlewood House is in a perfect position to explore Lerwick- you can walk anywhere throughout the city and are very close to the market cross. Callum was super nice and a great cook for the breakfast. Shower pressure was good and the water got pretty hot. The only negative was that the radiator didn't work very well and I was cold much of the time.
This was an exceptional place to stay. From check in to check out everything went smoothly. I wish I could’ve stayed longer they took care of me so well.
Excellent room and bathroom fantastic breakfast beautifully made porridge and full Scottish for one and vegetarian for the other. Host charming and efficient.
We rode out a gale in our comfortable third-floor room where we drank local brew and watched soccer on a very stormy Sunday afternoon.
Breakfasts were lovely.
We especially enjoyed our hosts. They were friendly, funny, and helpful. I would stay there again.
Lovely welcome from hosts. Room and en-suite clean, coffee/tea making facilities. Breakfast cooked to order. No parking facilities at property but car park 5 minutes walk away. Would recommend as in ideal location.
Nicely situated a few mins walk from the centre of Lerwick - but a walk up a steep hill to get back ;-) A short drive from the local Tesco if you prefer that to the local shops in the centre. A nice friendly welcome from Steve when we arrived and he was quite happy with us checking in earlier than stated. No dedicated parking, but we had no problem parking close enough in the roads around the B&B. Our room on the top floor was spacious with a good distant view over the sound. Nice and clean too. A very tasty cooked breakfast, plus fresh fruit and cereals if you prefer.
This is an older home, but the room was clean and bright and comfortable. The breakfasts were great, and the location was easy for walking around Lerwick. It was busy in August when we visited, so make dinner reservations!
