Superb villa on the heights of the most beautiful village of Martinique, new construction delivery September 2017. This village will enchant you with its magical setting and its sandy beaches, its turquoise waters to cool off, its restaurants 'feet in the water', its stalls of fresh fish just landed by local fishermen. The beach is 500 meters from the house, you just need to put on a diving mask to admire thousands of fish of all colors as well as the Caribbean turtles.
You will feel at best in our villa not overlooked, and can enjoy the sunset over the Caribbean Sea. All together to make you spend an unforgettable vacation.
At your disposal a covered terrace with a large table for your meals and breakfast outside, a 60m2 deck surrounding the pool with deckchair, a large carbet with outdoor lounge and hammock for your moments of relaxation, all facing at the sea .
The accommodation consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with a 160 bed and magnificent sea view (cot available), a second bedroom with a 160 double bed and the last with 1 double 140 bed and 1 bed. simple. 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, 2 toilets, 1 living room with sofa, flat screen, living room 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, washing machine ...) with bar area .
Towels are provided.
For your comfort we offer you the first breakfast as well as the house planter.
Ideally located, the Anses d'Arlets allow you in 15 'to reach the road to the south of Martinique and its magnificent beaches but also the road to the north of the island with its lush forests and the magnificent peeled mountain. End of stay cleaning € 80 + tourist tax to be paid on site.

A beautiful villa with the most amazing view
We have just spent 2 weeks in this beautiful villa. We were a group of 4 adults who traveled independently from the UK and hired a car at the airport so we could explore the island. After 2 weeks we all agreed that we we’re staying in the best town with the best beach in Martinique. From the villa we could see this fabulous beach and every evening we would toast the beautiful sunsets. The villa had a great pool and lots of deck area with 6 sun-loungers, and outside dining table and outdoor sofas for chilling on. The inside was decorated nicely with an open kitchen and dining area. There were 3 nice and clean bedrooms with air conditioning, wardrobe space and comfortable beds and 2 clean adequate shower rooms. Although we were a party of 4 the villa would comfortably suit a group of 6-7. There was also a large private parking area suitable for 2 cars. We felt very safe here and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

Wat een heerlijk huis op een prachtige locatie! Het huis is ruim, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is nieuw, modern en heel netjes. De keuken is compleet, de bedden zeer comfortabel en er is overal bergruimte. De veranda is super. Je kunt er heerlijk zitten, ook als het regent. En dat elke ochtend kolibries langskomen is betoverend. Wij komen zeker terug.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon sejour dans cette très belle villa bien entretenue avec de tres belles prestations. Le seul bémol est au sujet du voisinage parfois pas toujours cordial mais ceci n'est pas imputable a la location en elle même. Merci au propriétaire et à Laurent pour leur disponibilité.

Accueil et contact agréable avec Laurent et le propriétaire avant re partir mais par contre maison décevante car elle manque vraiment d'entretien et cela commence dès l'arrivée avec le portail cassé ; les lumières vers le coin piscine ne fonctionnaient pas donc le soir pas de possibilité d'y passer un moment. Portes d'un toilette et 1 sdb n'avaient plus de pêne pour fermer. tringle à rideau soit déjà tombée soit dans en train de tomber. Le terrain pas entretenu autour de la maison. La propreté laissait vraiment à désirer: hotte de cuisine vraiment sale, sous et derrière les lits, poignée de portes, carreaux des sdb, coussins exterieurs sales, etc... la chasse aux blattes tous les jours dans la cuisine, même dans les tiroirs), vraiment beaucoup.... C'est étonnant car cela fait 4 ans que nous venons, et en plus la dernière fois à coté de cette villa et aucun soucis de blattes...c'est dommage car cette maison a beaucoup de charme et de potentiel, ainsi qu'une très belle vue. Bon les villas sur la gauche sont en travaux depuis très longtemps(surtout 1), donc vue et bruit gênant mais là ce n'est évidemment pas la faute du loueur. Nous nous attendions à mieux au regard des photos et commentaires.

Bon séjour dans la villa qui est bien équipée, terrasse très agréable pour les repas, la vue y est magnifique. Seul petit bémol promiscuité des autres villas qui entraine du bruit mais pas de vis à vis.

Séjour très agréable. La villa est spatieuse, pratique, tout confort et très bien placée pour profiter de nombreuses plages. Deux bémols : des travaux dans la villa voisine et un niveau de propreté inférieur à ce qu on aurait pu attendre en période de covid. Globalement, je recommande vivement pour un séjour en famille (de préférence avec enfants sachant nager, la piscine étant ouverte et très accessible).

Un petit paradis aux Antilles
La communication et les échanges avec les propriétaires et Laurent s'est super bien passée. Quant à la villa que dire..si le paradis ressemble à ça on signe tout de suite.une villa agréable à vivre et très bien équipée ( ce qui est assez rare dans une location pour le souligner) une vue à couper le souffle et une piscine qui est la bienvenue au retour de balade. Villa fabuleuse dans un paysage de rêve
Nous venons de passer 3 semaines dans ça villa Camano qui est tout simplement parfaite. La villa est fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût... rien n’est laissé au hasard. La vue est exceptionnelle. A chaque fois que nous avons eu besoin sur place, nos contacts ont toujours répondus présents. Il serait juste important de noter dans l’annonce que la villa se trouve sur les hauteurs et qu’il faut donc est en possession d’un véhicule ou ne pas avoir de problème de mobilité. Merci grâce à vous nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. C’est certain nous y reviendrons.
