New Year 2024
This is a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment located a few minutes drive from St Martin de Belleville and the ski slopes of the fantastic 3 Valleys. Like most ski accommodation, it is quite compact but all facilities are relatively new and modern and work well for a family of 4. The views from the apartment are good and Les Varcins is a pretty place to stay with a few traditional chalet style buildings. Shops and restaurants etc are in St Martin. Communication was good and with Joseph living nearby, check in was straight forward. The drive to the slopes on a morning took less than 5 minutes and there is free parking throughout the town of St Martin. We paid for a ski locker at the foot of the button lift, which made life easy and avoided transporting skis etc each day. This is a great way to access skiing in the 3 valleys easily whilst staying in a quiet village without the price tag of the larger resorts. We enjoyed a great new year trip and stay.

The pics don't do it justice ita fabulously fitted out. Is fairly small but perfectly positioned to explore area for hikes and biking. We had a fabulous stay .only two comments. The sofa bed could do with being replaced as it's not comfortable at all and the bathroom takes ages to dry out due to lack of ventilation but its not a huge issue. The garden ia peferct with amazing views I recommend visiting chez pepe Nicholas for dinner !

Très bon séjour au marmotton. L'appartement est propre et très bien équipé. Cela a été un plaisir de séjourner 10 jours aux Varcins avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes juste en face.

Très bel appartement, bien équipé et bien situé au calme mais près de la ville et des pistes de ski.
Situé à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de St Martin dans un petit hameau paisible. L'appartement est petit mais très bien conçu avec une belle terrasse à l'extérieur et de superbes vues sur les montagnes. L'équipement est haut de gamme, c'est donc une belle base pour des vacances à la montagne. Notre hôte, Joseph, a été très gentil et nous a accueillis chaleureusement. Il était disponible à tout moment si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit. A recommander pour des vacances d'hiver ou d'été à la montagne.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au mois de février. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. La localisation était parfaite, à quelques minutes à peine de Saint Martin de Belleville et des remontées, donnant accès au domaine skiable des 3 vallées ! Des activités pour tout le monde skieurs ou non (rando, luge, balades, chiens de traineau...). Notre hôte Joseph a été fort sympathique avec un bon accueil et des informations sur les environs et les choses à savoir ! Nous ne pouvons que recommander pour les futurs visiteurs !

we had a nice time at Le Marmotton apartment. It was clean and just big enough for us 4. only disadvantage we had was the kitchen table which is more a decoration table than a practical one: fitting your legs under it with the its legs is not easy if you are tall
