Great location
Property is in a great location for access to slopes and just a short walk to bars and restaurants in Bruyères area. Only real criticism is it’s smaller than it looked on the photos but was still ok for us. Wi-Fi wasn’t available 8n the upstairs of the property until a new hotspot was put in on our last day.

Really lovely apartment & amazing location with access to the slopes. All of the rooms perfect size & more than enough space for us 3. The ski locker was really good and nicely located in the bottom floor, this could have been stated in the booklet which is left at the apartment as we had to ask some other guests. We had a little confusion regarding bedding & towels as it wasn’t stated on the listing these would have to be bought, but a message to the owner resolved this quickly & we brought our own.

Property met with description, compact but well suited to our needs. Check in process not perfect, agency offices closed during advertised opening hours, so collection of keys and sheets in doubt. Telephone call to owner solved this problem. Apartment well located for the slopes, but wish I had known there was a lift up to Absolu Sports! Sorry I took an agency pillow case and left one of my sheets. Overall an enjoyable holiday with son and grandsons. Thank You Peter Forshaw

Excellent property. Great location, clean with all the items for a pleasant stay. I loved the beds being upstairs away from the living area. It was cosy and very quiet, Great access to the slopes, shops, parking and ski hire locations. Overall, it was great.

Appartement bien agencé, le coin nuit est très agréable. Pistes à 50 mètres, casier à ski au RdC, commerces à 3 minutes. Nous étions 2 adultes et 4 enfants et avec un peu de bon sens, on cohabite sans se marcher dessus. Propriétaire et agence de gestion disponibles et réactifs.

Prima appartement voor 4 pers. , voor 6 zou het echt te krap zijn
Prima, heerlijk appartement direct bij de piste, dicht op de winkels, enkel incheck en uitcheck waren een beetje onduidelijk, je moet aangeven wanneer je uitcheckt, in tijdsblokken, terwijl er in de beschrijving uitchecken 10.00 uur stond. Verder alles erop en eraan, zou het de volgende keer zo weer boeken👍🏻

Rigtig god placering i Les 3 Vallées
Lejligheden ligger rigtig godt i Les 3 Vallées og fungerer fint til 3-4 personer, der godt kan lide hinandens selskab. Vi havde en fantastisk tur, hvor den gode placering gjorde det muligt at have rigtig meget tid på de bedste pister. Hvis man tager sengetøj med hjemmefra, skal man være opmærksom på at alle dyner er dobbeltdyner. Man kan også leje sengetøj ved udlejningskontoret. Lejligheden ligget på bagsiden af bygningen, så eneste udsigt er en skrant med træer. Internettet er også meget langsomt - både wifi og mobilt internet. Vi kommer gerne tilbage.

Wohnung ok… Agentur und Vermieter eine Katastrophe
Wir sind am Anreisetag im Schneechaos mit 7 Stunden Verspätung angekommen. Von der Agentur erfuhren wir erst am Anreisetag (als wir anriefen, dass wir erst nachts ankommen), dass wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher ein paar Tage vorher hätten buchen müssen, dass würde so spontan nicht gehen, wir sollten doch am nächsten Tag in der Agentur vorbei kommen… Um 1 Uhr nachts konnten wir am Schlüsselsafe der Agentur den Schüssel für das Apartment abholen… am Apartmenthaus angekommen stellten wir fest, dass wir keinen funktionierenden Code für die Eingangstür bekommen hatten…. Agentur und Vermieter waren wider ihrer Ankündigung nicht erreichbar… Schlussendlich standen wir bis 4 Uhr nachts vor der Tür bis andere Bewohner von einer Party heimkamen.. Endlich in der Wohnung stellten wir fest, dass es keine Dusche gab und der vollkommen unnötige Duschvorhang abgerissen am Boden lag. Im Schlafzimmer stellten wir fest, dass die Bettwäscheproblematik auch schon andere getroffen haben muss, denn die Baumwollmatratzenüberzüge waren voll mit Haaren und einigen Blutflecken…. Die Bettwäsche die wir am nächsten Tag kaufen konnten war zwar sicherlich Hygienisch gereinigt, dennoch waren auf allen Laken noch Flecken und auch einige Löcher… Wir haben uns arrangiert mit der Wohnung, die von der Lage und Ausstattung gut ist, wenn Vermieter und Agentur andere wären… Die einzige Reaktion der Vermieter auf die 30 Anrufe nachts war: sie haben den falschen Code….. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung oder gar Entschädigung…

Très bien. Le seul bémol est le gardien qui vous agresse verbalement dès que vous oubliez de respecter les règles. Les propriétaires ont été compréhensifs par rapport à ce désagrément et tout s’est bien passé.
