You will also find a terrace and a BBQ for outdoor dining. This floor includes the master bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The family room is located on the garden level. On this floor are also 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower. The garden level gives you access to the covered spa that you can use all year round, as you wish.
