Nice house of 100m2 with open kitchen, large living room with dining room and living room (sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (1 with TV), 1 bathroom with corner bath and 1 large fenced garden with swings, boules pitch, terrace, barbecue and large grassy areas. For long walks to share with the family, you can also discover the coast light bicycle, bike paths are accessible 50m (Vendeevelo). Enjoyable stay
Property needs updating as it feels tired internally. The shower needs a handle for older people to use as a support whilst showering. The garden would benefit from a good tidy and weeds around the house walls makes it look old and dirty as do the many broken floor tiles. It was adequate but for the price paid there are better available. Agent kept in touch, was pleasant and happy to oblige.

Excellente maison de vacances en famille. La propriété est située dans un quartier paisible et est au centre de la Vendée, avec des lieux comme le Puy du Fou à une heure de route. Les installations sont excellentes, avec une cuisine moderne, un salon confortable, une aire de jeux extérieure et des meubles. Nelly et Armelle ont rapidement répondu aux questions au besoin. Point de chute pour un mariage
Maison spacieuse, les deux chambres sont grandes et la literie est bonne. Nous n’avons pas essayé les couchages annexes. Les salle d’eau et de bains sont propres et fonctionnelles. Le jardin arrière clos est agréable même si la clémence du temps ne nous a pas permis d’en profiter. Petit bémol pour la rue passante où les véhicules circulent plus vite qu’autorisé.

We had a very pleasant stay in Les Sables d'Olonnes. All facilities are in the close neighborhood. The communication with the caretaker was perfect. The equipment of the house is great. It is a great place to start exploring the region.

Bei Buchung und zur Vorbereitung des Urlaubs hatten wir sehr guten Kontakt zu Nelly und bei Anreise wurden wir sehr freundlich von Armelle empfangen. Sie war jederzeit ansprechbar und um alles rund ums Haus besorgt, damit wir einen schönen Urlaub genießen konnten. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal in dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus zurück.

La maison est superbe 😍 très spacieuse, très bien agencée. Elle était idéale pour notre séjour familial. Les 2 chambres sont séparés de sortes d'avoir des espaces bien délimités et c'est très appréciable pour avoir son intimité. Le jardin est très grand, mes 2 petits chiens ont été hyper contents de pouvoir en profiter pour jouer. La maison est proche de tout. Je recommande et reviendrai sans hésiter 👍

Cette maison a une âme familiale . nous étions venu passer Noel afin de pouvoir partager avec nos deux enfants respectifs nouvellement installes dans la région. ils louent actuellement un petit logement a la chaume et ne peuvent nous reçevoir. ils mettaient 6 mn pour nous rejoindre ....impeccable! un petit moussaillon va pointé son nez en avril et nous envisageons déjà de relouer. le jardin doit être magnifique l'été et la mer à proximité! Armelle est ponctuelle et charmante. Un grand merci
