Wonderful villa - beautifully furnished and full of added extras. Truly a home from home.
We had an amazing time in this villa and Daniel and Patricia were the perfect hosts - incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. The villa itself has so many beautiful features - with everything you could need for a fabulous base for a family or group of friends. The pool is gorgeous and surrounded by a vast range of furniture for relaxing, sun bathing or dining. We were delighted with the range of activities provided at the villa including the table tennis table, five bikes, a variety of bats and balls, inflatables for the pool and a range of books, games and films. We loved the internal decor of the villa - so much colour and wonderful artwork everywhere. Wonderful sofas for relaxing in the evening with various soft blankets and cushions and a big table for more formal dining table too. There was so much more at the villa than we had ever anticipated - beautiful bedding in all the bedrooms, an enormous number of luxurious towels for the bathrooms and pool, a fully equipped kitchen (literally everything you could wish for and more!), washing machine and drier, WIFI, fabulous showers, sound system etc. We had a brilliant holiday and LOVED this villa. Big recommendation from us.

maison extrêmement sale et bordélique (c'est vraiment le terme)
A notre arrivée vers 17H00, la maison n'était pas prête. Le ménage n'était pas fait et la piscine inutilisable et trouble. Apres le depart du propriétaire vers 20H00, la maison était toujours dans un état de saleté absolument inadmissible et la piscine toujours non praticable, suite à divers traitements chimiques mis en place par le propriétaire.       Nous avons dû nous même faire le ménage notamment partout. (Mouches mortes par terre, nombreux cafards, poussière omniprésente, ...)       Les draps présentent une odeur de renfermé Nous avons en effet trouvé de nombreux cafards dans les draps, serviettes, et nos vêtements       Le jardin est dans un état de bazar incroyable, rien n'est rangé, rien n'est nettoyé       La piscine ne présente aucun système d'alarme ni de protection pour enfant. De plus les lattes de bois qui entourent la piscines sont dans un état inquiétant et dangereux. La maison n'était donc pas du tout en état d'être louée et totalement non entretenue. Ainsi l'état de la maison était tel que nous avons décider d'écourter notre séjour à mi parcours. Suite à cela malgré nos multiples demandes auprès du propriétaire comme auprès de Abritel, rien n'a été réglé Le propriétaire n'a pas répondu à nos sollicitations et a ignorer les appels de ses clients. Nous demandons donc une réparation financière suite à ces multiples désagréments (nous avons dû rechercher à nos frais un nouveau logement). Nous demandons donc le remboursement de la moitié du montant.

Endroit très chouette. Maison spacieuse pour une famille. Mais grand manque d'entretien de l'ensemble de la maison. Piscine: pas de système d'alarme ou de barrière! Plage de piscine dangereux. Des planches qui se dérobent sous nos pieds. Dalles de sol de la terrasse qui ne sont pas stables. Barbecue inutilisable. La grille très rouillée. Vélos inutilisables. On a dû passer l'aspirateur en arrivant dans la maison. etc...

Bon séjour
L’accueil des propriétaires est très sympa. Fait assez rare les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés. La maison très bien située dans un quartier sécurisé très calme, est bien équipée joliment décorée et très confortable. Rien ne manque. Le linge fourni est très suffisant. La piscine est agréable mais il faut en assurer l’entretien. Bref, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Malheureusement tous ces atouts sont gâchés par une propreté laissant beaucoup à désirer aussi bien à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur ce qui est difficilement acceptable compte tenu du prix de location. Au total si vous n’êtes pas trop maniaque c’est très bien, sinon …

UNE MAISON DE FAMILLE
Les hôtes de cette maison de famille sont charmants, accueillants et très attentionnés. Ils vous partagent leur bien en toute confiance. Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. C'est une maison qui vit et il vous faudra être à l'aise avec un joyeux Capharnaüm, ce qui était notre cas. L'endroit est très calme dans un ensemble sécurisé et à proximité de toutes les commodités et sites d'intérêts à vélo. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour. Merci.

Séjour agréable quel dommage pour le ménage !
Belle propriété dans un cadre sympathique et sécurisé (petit lotissement calme entièrement clos) Propriétaires sympathiques. Seul bémol le ménage plus que léger avec notamment la casi intégralité de la vaisselle a refaire ce qui compte tenu du prix de la location est assez léger tout de même... ceci étant la faute avant tout aux locataires qui font ce qu'ils ne feraient pas chez eux ! La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée, la multitude de rallonges à l'extérieur qui lorsqu'il pleut sont soumises directement aux intempéries n'inspire pas confiance

Une maison très agréable en famille
Séjour de 2 semaines entre 4 et 7 personnes de 23 à 83 ans : chacun a son « coin » dans la maison + piscine, ping-pong, barbecue. Jardin avec toujours un petit vent frais.. parfait pour les repas sous les arbres. Une maison qui vit toute l’année et donc a tout ce qu’il faut. Un petit marché à 5/7 mn en vélo ou voiture avec de bons produits. Propriétaires charmants et très attentionnés. Bref de super vacances !

Super séjour dans une villa bien équipée
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa. Tout l’equipement est disponible pour se sentir comme chez soit. Le cadre est calme, sécurisé et assez proches de la mer et des petits commerces. Les propriétaires ont aussi été très disponibles pour nous donner tous les renseignements dont nous avions besoin. Nous recommandons.

Maison et cadre est très sympa, au calme
On se sent comme chez soi. Mais : -pas du tout normal de devoir payer l'eau/electricite/gaz sachant que la piscine est déjà incluse dans le prix plus élevé de la location :-( A titre d'exemple : 2€ d'électricité en 1 nuit, une fois couchés. Et surtout si on nous demande d'arroser les plantes pour entretenir le cadre. -chambres très petites. -chèque de caution non encaissé mais n’a pas été renvoyé par le propriétaire
