Luxurious supervilla with pool and fantastic views

Villa 'Les Vignolles' was built in 2007 to a very high standard in the abundantly sunny South-Ardeche region. The luxurious villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which offer direct access onto the terrace at the rear of the house. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, furnished with dimension stones. The living (measuring 80m2) has a large panoramic oriel and adjoins the very well equiped open kitchen. The outside is very spacious, offering several furnished terraces, a large garden filled with local flowers and herbs and a pool with a view. The nearby village with its ancient centre will provide you with your daily needs. The town hosts a weekly market and various other interesting attractions during the season. The region offers a large number of activities like hiking, swimming, fishing, canoeing, Golf and cycling. Picture yourself sitting on the tarrace with its fantastic views enjoying a glass of wine in complete peace and quietness.

A gorgeous villa in a stunning location. However, not as clean as we would have expected (crumbs in bread basket, greasy grill pan and a lot of cobwebs). Also, the owners items being left such as alcohol and various food items seemed odd for a holiday rental. The pool was absolutely lovely and very clean and the pool men came each week and serviced it very discreetly. The scorpions were a bit of a shock! Overall a very relaxing holiday in a beautiful part of France.

Top huis met fantastisch zicht!
Het zicht vanuit de villa, over de mooie infinity pool is ongelooflijk indrukwekkend. Absoluut Wow effect! Binnenin de villa alles mooi en proper en comfortabel, luxe zelfs. Heerlijke bedden.

Villa panoramique sur les monts d’Ardèche
Très belle maison, aménagée avec goût, bien équipée, disposant d’une vue panoramique incroyable. La piscine à débordement est suffisante pour se rafraîchir ou une partie de ballon. La maison est climatisée, appréciable pendant la canicule. Christine et Jean Claude adorables. Les petits bémols : la zone ne dispose pas du tout à l’égout et il y avait des remontées d’odeurs désagréables dans une des chambres. Chaque chambre dispose de sa (ses) douche (s) ce qui est appréciable , mais mettre des WC vue sur la porte d’entrée dans 2 des chambres n’est pas une riche idée… Enfin la zone du haut gras abrite beaucoup de petits scorpions pas bien méchants, mais bon à savoir 😉

séjour dans une villa en ardèches
villa avec une vue magique que ce soit de la terasse, de la piscine, du salon ou des chambres c'est juste innoubliable.l'acceuil très agréable à notre arrivée comme pour notre départ. Les commerces sont à 10 minutes mais avec ce paysage magnifique le temps passe très vite. les chambres sont spatieuses avec douches et lits confortables. la clime dans les chambres est très appréciable lors de forte chaleur. grand salon avec vue sur le paysage, salle à manger et cuisine trsè spatieux avec tout ce que nous avions besoin comme à la maison ... la terrasse extérieur est très pratique et lors de repas ou petit déjeuner la vue sur le paysage est très agréable. la piscine à débordement est grande et la vue sur le paysage vous donne envie de rester dans l'eau même si l'eau est froide. Nous avons passé une semaine magique en famille dans iun cadre époustoufflant et une chose est sur nous reviendrons les yeux fermés. Le seul point négatif c'est l'évacuation d'une des douches des chambres car l'eau a du mal a s'évacuer mais cela ne pose pas de problème pour prendre notre douche mais seulement 1 par un . Envie de vous évader cette villa vous transportera dans un autre univers......

Fantastisch!
Superfijne week gehad in deze prachtige sfeervolle villa op de berg. Bij binnenkomst een "WOW" effect. Gelijk zicht op het prachtige uitzicht waar je niet alleen buiten maar ook binnen van kunt genieten. Infinity pool was geweldig en schoon! Heerlijke bedden en comfortabel huis. Voelde als thuis, een week was te kort :)

Zeer leuke locatie, prachtig uitzicht. Zeer correcte en aangename eigenaars. Jammer dat "gaan eten" in Les Vans niet op een spontane manier kan gebeuren, reserveren is een must.

Excellente situation mais on ne se sent pas chez soi
La villa est très spacieuse, très jolie, particulièrement bien située avec magnifique vue imprenable sur la vallée, au calme et super bien équipée. Cependant, c'est une résidence secondaire clairement habitée par ses propriétaires, je veux dire par là que lorsque l'on s'installe, on trouve partout des affaires, des réserves, du matériel personnel etc... ce qui ne permet pas de se sentir "chez soi" pour le temps de la location. Par ailleurs, il est mentionné qu'il y a du wifi, nous n'en avons pas eu de toute la semaine, il aurait fallut que nous nous chargions de gérer la panne avec l'operateur, quitte a perdre la journée à attendre le coup de fil :( Les abords extérieurs ne sont pas sécurisés: pour une famille avec enfant en bas âge, il ne serait pas possible de les laisser jouer dehors sans surveillance adulte. Nous partons régulièrement en location de ce type et notre avis général est globalement plutôt mitigé.

Jolie maison avec vue magnifique et piscine
Dans les hauteurs des VANS, maison très bien équipée avec des extérieurs très agréables (terrasse, jardin, piscine...). La vue depuis la piscine est extraordinaire. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette région que nous découvriions pour la première fois. Accueil parfait de la famille DUMAS.

Un super séjour (mais quelques points à revoir)
Notre séjour fût très agréable dans l'ensemble. La vue est dingue depuis la maison et la piscine. La maison est confortable, spacieuse, mention spéciale pour les équipements de cuisine qui sont au TOP (tant sur la qualité que sur la quantité d'accessoires). Deux points restent cependant à améliorer ou n'étaient en tout cas pas satisfaisant pour notre séjour : La piscine n'est jamais couverte et malgré la pompe à chaleur qui tourne H24, le matin, l'eau n'est pas à plus de 24/25 dégré. Autre point, l'écoulement ne fonctionnait pas bien dans les salles de bains avec douche à l'italienne et malheureusement, lors des douches, il y avait souvent une inondation dans la chambre communicante.

Très belle maison avec piscine et vue panoramique
Très belle maison très bien équipée et joliment décorée avec une vue magnifique à 180 degrés. La piscine à débordement est un régal. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et la clim et les douches dans chaque chambre sont un vrai plus. La maison est idéalement située sur les hauteurs à quelques kilomètres des Vans ou l'on trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour les courses ou la restauration. C'est également un endroit idéal pour les visites, les randonnées pédestres (Bois de Païolive - à faire) ou à vélo et pour profiter des joies du Canoé sur le Chassezac (à faire également). Seuls petits bémols pendant notre séjour la connexion wifi de secours qui fonctionnait par intermittence, la connexion principale ayant sauté suite à un orage, et des remontées d'odeurs dans 2 des chambres. ce qui n'a en rien notre plaisir d'occuper cette belle maison !
