Awful stay. We were placed on a floor with a Hockey Team - totally OK to be loud before quiet hours and I don't fault the kids. Partying adults slamming doors well into the night with Front Desk unable to control the situation. Cold pool with no towels to top it off. Terrible smells in the area - seems to be a meat packing plant across the street.

Our room was a great size. Loved being close to the casino. Complimentary breakfast was great. Was nice to have options for me as I have dairy issues but would also be nice to see dairy free yogurt 😉

Amazing place to stay
I booked two rooms for my friend and me. We had an amazing stay! The room was very spacious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the first night, which wasn’t great due to a group of teenagers who were very loud. The jacuzzi was fine, but the teenagers dominated it and stayed for more than 20 minutes. Our room was on the first floor, which was a disadvantage because we could hear the loud voices of the teenagers running and talking. Thankfully, by the second night, they were gone. Overall, it was a great experience. One thing they could improve: I wish they had a garbage bin by the sink, and providing bathrobes would be nice too.

This hotel was great for our family. The staff was very quick to help with the few things we needed. The only complaint I would have, is that I would have loved to have the hot tub at a hotter temperature.
