Rooms open directly to the parking lot. Several times I exited to people smoking right outside my room. Some were smoking and talking at 1:30 in the morning right outside my window. The beds were great. the sheets were nice and pillows worked.

The property was delivered "as advertised". However, it was not mentioned a major renovation was in progress and what the needs (deficiencies) the renovation was addressing. The lack of an elevator was a minor annoyance. For the money and what our need was, it was sufficient. Given options in the future, I would probably opt to spend a bit more money and have substantially nicer facilities.

Pros: Overall a good and quiet stay. Inexpensive for a one night stay. Breakfast. Cons: shower head not working correctly. TV had horrible static view on all channels. Ice machine did not work on 2nd floor.
