Local Attractions
We would give it 4 stars except we were awakened three times in the night by the fire alarm. We were on the 7th floor and took the stairs to the front desk. We were told it was not an emergency because they were having issues as part of a fire system upgrade. It was decorated nicely for Christmas and staff was friendly and helpful. Besides broken sleep, we really enjoyed the hot breakfast options in the morning that made our day. Then we visited Daniel Boone’s gravesite & Buffalo Trace Distillery.

Roaches and parking structure
Roaches in room. Ran out of faucet when I wanted to take a shower and turned water on. The parking structure in the back had no working elevators. You have to park on the 3rd or 4th floor if you're staying at the hotel. I am 6 months pregnant and didn't realize the elevators were broke until I had two lug my suitcase and bags up three flights of cement stairwell stairs.

The staff for the most part is amazing. Excellent service. Room is spacious and comfortable. Feels like home. The breakfast is actually breakfast, not just cereal. I felt safe parking in the parking garage. This has been the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. The only thing I would change would be having a microwave in the rooms. There is one in the lobby. But it's a little inconvenient.

Sleepless night.
Twice during the night at midnight and four the fire alarm went off. It was a false alarm but made for an unsleepable night. I am requesting a full refund since it's now 445am and alarms just turned off.

Close to downtown and lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean but very old and hasn’t been updated in a long time. Also the website list a bar and restaurant on site but both were closed during Covid and not reopened, however continental breakfast was good.

Our suite was very large. You could stay there for an extended period and have plenty of room. The staff here is always very friendly. The location is wonderful and parking was easy. A wide variety was presented for breakfast and the coffee is good!

The Hotel needs renovations. It is OLD.... The carpet in the room was stained and worn. The bed was okay but ancient. The singular cockroach was not a pleasant surprise. There was no fridge in the room. The breakfast was decent but nothing special. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

Parking is not conveniently located, as the hike to garage is quite. Front desk staff (night) are kind of unpolite but the cleaning staff were great. The property looks dated but clean. The location is not impressive as it feels isolated from the rest of the town, not much around within walking distance.
