The walls had lights hanging down by wires, and the doors were taped and tarped to be painted, but i didnt see anyone paint at all. Breakfast was okay except you had to wait 30 minutes to sit down since there were so many people with only a few tables. Pool was overcrowded and dirty with no towels. The bed frames of the beds were sketchy, practically had to lay in the middle of the bed or the whole thing would tip over. Stayed two nights and house keeping didnt come, had to go to front desk to ask for more toilet paper.

We had to ask numerous times for pool towels at the front desk. Staff was not in a hurry to get us any. Took a shower on Saturday morning and didnt even have enough hot water to finish a shower.

Very disappointed
While the hotel is under construction, light fixtures were left hanging by wires down every hallway. Carpet and walls were dirty and mold was visible in multiple areas. Service was poor with many times when no one was available at front desk and even when there was, the individual was unable to lend assistance.

Black mold all around the door and on the walls … smells like odor covering sprays … carpets are filthy … mold everywhere. There is a sex shop next door and a homeless person sleeping in a wheelchair outside - do not stay here

Checked in room took a very long time as people in line in front of me spoke no English. As I tried to checkin, a disheveled family walked by and went up the elevator with an overflowing Walmart cart full of food and belongings. They spoke no English. It appears that this once nice hotel has turned into government housing for illegals. Could be wrong, but I’ve stayed there often and never experienced anything as odd as this visit. Parking lot was half empty, but rooms all full.

Hotel was great, room was spotless. Fast check in, breakfast was extremely basic but it was fresh so no complaints. Only negative was the noise from the interstate. It would be worth asking for a room not facing i75. I’d stay again, great value on a clean hotel in a good location

During our stay, there were a ton of kids there. Not a big deal, however, when we got back to the hotel later that night, the elevator was out. So only option was stairs. Doors slamming and kids running the halls all night made for a rough nights sleep due to very thin walls. In the morning, there was no hot water either. Didn’t try the breakfast, but the staff were friendly, bed was comfortable, and AC worked just fine.
