Truly enjoyed our stay, we went up to see family as well has watch my daughter compete for her first big cheer tournament the staff was amazing the breakfast and food from the hotel was amazing we couldn’t have asked for a better stay

Place was in need of repairs to fountsin. My room drapes were very dirty and the sheets on pullout were dirty. When I contacted front desk they said I was 5th in line for sheets. Unacceptable

The Embassy suite was very good, but booking thru Expedia, I was not made aware of the additional parking fee. Not a big deal, but guests should be told that there is a $15/night parking fee. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Well kept Hotel. VERY clean. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was 10/10. Only complaint, paid $15 for parking and the lot was empty and this was a Wed. not even a weekend. This was not listed anywhere when I booked it. That was an unpleasent surprise. Else than that...AMAZING!

The hotel was easily accessed from the interstate. The suite was clean and quiet and also had a complimentary breakfast. I would recommend for anyone traveling through Lexington.

BED BUGS! ROOM 324, my daughter had a bug craw across her, she thought it was a tick. 1 AM, my daughters had a BED BUG in the middle of their bed. Further investigation showed the bed bugs coming from from the outlet and behind the bedboard. We were moved rooms (stay away from room 529 as well) no sleep that night. I stopped at the desk the next afternoon and was told by management they were investigating. The room i was moved into had no sheets, neither TV worked, no hand soap, and maybe 1/8 of a roll of toilet paper. When we were checking out there were no carts in the 5 level hotel ( there was only 1 the night I had to change tooms at 1 AM). I have been home 6 hours, and spent the time trying to figure out how to make sure the nighmare of BED BUGS doesnt come into my house. My daughter has bites on her, I showed them to the manager. NO ONE has reached out to me. I guess they got me out of the hotel, so I am not a concern.

Most Exquisite ES yet!
ES is our go-to hotel. This is the coolest and fanciest one we've been to yet. Breakfast area was very quaint & comfortable. Staff were very professional and friendly.
