We always stay at this hotel when passing through. The staff is great, room is clean, it's very close to food and shopping and the free breakfast is good.

Hot breakfast! very rare now adays. extremely Clean rooms has a feel like. clean carpet no funky smell. Staff very approacheable. Pool is clean though small but my 9 and 5 years old enjoyed it.

Comfortable beds.
It was a great night. I slept very well, the bed was very comfortable and the extra pillows allowed me to elevate my feet. The only problem I encountered was the USB port to charge my phone didn't work.

Quality of drywall repair/painting and caulking is poor in the bathroom. Toilet has mismatched seat. The whole hotel needs to be updated and step out of the 90’s and into the 2000’s.

Breakfast was surprisingly better than expected. Hotel was conveniently located. A deposit due at arrival even if paid in full at booking.?. As we were checking out we were accused of taking hotel property with us out of the room. Our reservation was not sent to the hotels system but they were able to see it on Expedia, we did not get the room we booked and already paid for, and was giving a cheaper room without any refund or reimbursement! We were told it didn't matter who we contacted about our reservation issue nobody would be able to help or do anything about it!

We rented the room while in town for a concert. Check in went smooth had no trouble getting into the room. Room was decently clean but restroom was not. The tub didn't drain at all so we had to stand in dirty while while we showered. Coming back to our room after the concert we tried to enter the roombut key catds would not work. Went to front desk got our cards redone went back to room still not able to open. Went back to front desk keys were remade once again door still would not open. After the 3rd time having keys remade the front desk clerk came to room with a master key door still will not open. She had to call someone off site to come open the door. We were instructed that we would need to wait in lobby for this person to arrive around 30 minutes later someone showed up and was able to let us in our room. Ask at checkout about being compensated for the inconvenience and was told no one on site could handle that.
