Room was clean but much smaller than most Hampton's I've stayed at. Staff was friendly and very nice. I've noticed that the quality of the breakfast they offer is slipping, not just at this property. Not very appealing.

Desk staff at check in and check out were exceptional. Breakfast attendant was grouchy. Pool was closed due to cleaning after a cheerleading competition that wrecked the pool that required a deep multiple day cleaning-when we checked in it, was day 3 of cleaning.

I choose to stay at this hotel for two main reasons. Accept pets and has an indoor pool. Pool was closed both days we were there. I took my niece there (15 yrs old). She wanted to swim.na temporary close should have been stated on website. I would have chosen another hotel. Otherwise, great hotel

It was just OK.
Staff was helpful & friendly! We were there 3 nights & asked for clean towels after 2, but did not receive them. Housekeeping did not come while we were there, so we dumped our small garbage cans into a larger one by the ice machine several times. Breakfast offered a great variety & I loved that you could get coffee, hot chocolate, tea, or water all day.

Wonderful staff
Staff were so friendly and eager to help during a very busy weekend. Rooms were tiny but somewhat updated; we noticed a hint of old stale smoke each time we came into the room and out of the bathroom though. Towels could have used a bit of extra bleach to get out old deep set stains. We had a good sleep though and kids had a great time.

Toilet was not working upon arrival. Not working second day either. Counter help came up and serviced the Toilet as the maintenance worker had left for the day . Super nice about it. AC unit was beyond noisy but we didn’t bother to complain about it after the whole toilet issue.. Dis I mention the smell in the hallways/lobby? Will consider another property first next year.

I was really grossed out on the first morning after realizing there were several blood stains on the sink , the wall and the outside of the shower. That’s right! They didn’t have other available rooms to move us that day, but no one came by to clean it either, even when I reported it to the cleaning lady who was cleaning the room next door! I thought she would do it, but when we came back at night it was not! I reported it to the front desk, they were able to have it clean out by the third day 🙁! Management gave us some snacks and an apology letter. That was nice but we were already grossed out! I couldn’t do much or change hotels because it was already paid and through third party they said. But it was really uncomfortable. We were mostly outside and couldn’t even have breakfast there.

Normally never leave a review but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Got a two queen bed room and one of the rooms had urine it. Went to ask for a different room and they had none available. With two beds for me and the kids. So they cleaned the mattress put out towels down and but 3 sheets and 2 comforters. Would give -stars if I could. Gross…..
