The room was comfortable, but not stocked with bedding for the sofa sleeper. Went to the desk for it and additional pillows, we were told they didn’t have extra pillows? Customer service could have been better and more accommodating.

When we got to hotel check in was at 3 but our room was not ready. We had to wait until 4pm to check in and I explained to the lady we really needed to get checked in because we had dinner reservations at 5pm. We were late to our dinner reservation. The lady said she only had one room as the type I reserved and I said well you should have had all reservation rooms ready to check in at 3.

Front desk staff very unhelpful and condescending. Seem to have a relationship issue with their own restaurant staff who tried to be very helpful. This will cause us not to stay there again. Observed this not only for myself but others who approached the front desk for simple things. Sorry to have to have a bad report. Facilities were otherwise fine.

No bartender
Pick this establishment because of the restaurant and bar on premises...upon check in desk clerk was friendly explained bar would open at 5 pm. Went to check out our room, get our overnight bag andcheck out pool. 6 pm no bartender. At 7 pm a sign was finally placed on bar stating both bar and restaurant were closed for day. Room was spacious with plenty of places to plug-in electronics. Very nice rolling table for whatever need.
