The room and location were nothing amazing but the staff was top tier. I ended up in town due to a family emergency and the staff was very accommodating. I had extended my stay a few times and needed to end my reservation early but they were very understanding. This was not done through a third party service, but still spoke to their quality of care and understanding. Comfortable room at a decent price with a team that will make you feel like family when you need it most.

When, we arrived we were told we didn’t have a reservation and that we were at the wrong hotel. I was asked 3 or 4 times, what was the name and address of the property where we were supposed to stay. I stayed there twice before and noticed that the property is going down. The breakfast was horrible mostly breads. We had to go to restaurants for breakfast. Once, we arrived in the room, there were 0 towels. The cleaning lady told us, they were short on towels. Also, there was no disturbing sign in the room, we went to the front desk to get a sign and we were told there were NONE. In the outside front there was trash and plastic bottles on the ground. Overall it was a non pleasant experience.

Have stayed here multiple times previously. This visit no breakfast service first day (no staff). Modified housekeeping procedures to only every third day (limited staff). Given no notification of changes prior or at check in. Will stay again because clean and convenient, but they could do better A

We were given a handicap accessible room. There was plenty of vacancy. We were not asked if we wanted or needed a handicap room. The shower splashed water all over the room.

A breath of fresh air
To say i am pleased with my stay is an understatement. Contactless checkin very convenient. I did not utilize contactless entry and the staff was very helpful, friendly, and most respectful. A breath of fresh air. I felt secure and had privacy. Cleanliness is absolutely to my standards. 100% smoke free building, yet there is a beautiful fire pit out front. Eco friendly of course.

Hard to find. Drunks in the back parking lot (not the hotel’s fault). But, Front desk agent was unable to check me in because they didn't understand how to operate the system . I had to wait for the manager to arrive….. from his home address!! In order to resolve my room and reservation. 3 other guests were also waiting. Im tired after driving for 10 hrs. I just want to sleep…. To have to wait bec of someone else’s lack of training was maddening.
