The room was so humid, you walk on a wet floor pretty much. The ac is loud but doesn't do job at all. There was only hand towels and no large ones, i had to use small ones after shower.

When we arrived, the pool was not working. They said it would work the next day.It still was not working. We had to switch rooms two times before we got a room that was okay to stay in. Not many great hotels in Richmond, it’s a college town so there’s a lot of apartments not hotels. (Do NOT go to Comfort Suites in Richmond, they have a roach problem and the employees start acting angry the second you walk in.) Manager very nice they also allow pets. Run down a bit but still the best Richmond has to offer.
