All the bad reviews made me skeptical. When i arrived at the property, the front desk staff was incredibly kind(Kayla) she let me know if i needed anything i could ask and she would help. The room was smaller than i had anticipated but it got the job done. The cleaning staff got there around 9am which was a little early but they did excellent and were kind in the process. Breakfast didnt have a ton of options but it was very good and you cant beat it for free. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. Whenever you needed assistance it was easy to get. Although it was near a busy highway the only noise you really got was from loud cars reving their engines. It was an incredible stay and i plan on staying there again when the time comes! Exceptional work and check in and out was easy as can be.

Nothing was unique about property just average at best. Both last year & this year when we stayed in a handicapped room as per request they each were located at opposite ends of hall right next to exit door. So as a result you get all the noise of people going in & out slamming their room door & the exit door behind them to go out to smoke etc. all night. We had horrible inconsiderate people above us that kept dropping something on the floor that sounded like a bowling ball continuously then would run to other side of room. We had driven 14 hours & were trying to get some sleep as we had another long drive ahead of us the next day but that was not going to happen. As a result we had our fill of this continuous noise & checked out at 1000 pm ,left extremely tired,very unhappy patrons. We made the desk clerk aware of this & her comment was this is what I have to put up with. There was a noisy person above the desk I said but the difference is you didn't pay for a room & your not trying to sleep.
