We booked 2 queen or double beds and the have us one king bed. They said it was their choice but I didn’t book it where it was their choice I booked 2 beds. They didn’t care. It was just really how matter of a fact attitude it was there was no customer service at all. It wasn’t like unfortunately we have to put you in king bed room. It was that’s the way it is. We pick end of store. I travel constantly and this was just poor in a place that was nice it was a manager too.

The hotel has a lot of old rustic charm and atmosphere. We had an event there as well and it was very nicely done with excellent food.

Stayed here during a horrible snowstorm. The staff at checkin were very professional and friendly. The room was large and clean, nice toiletries in the bath. While there is a coffeemaker in the room, there are not microwaves or refrigerators. We needed both since we had a baby with us. (I didn’t check this before making the reservation. The baby was dismissed from the hospital, and we needed a place). However, I called the desk and they did send us up a fridge! So part of the problem was fixed quickly. Overall it was a great place to stay, close to the hospital and our refuge from the storm.

The hotel was great for our stay on our way thought. The hotel had a great bar with helpful bartenders when we were asking about local attractions. The rooms were cosy and on theme with the rest of the hotel. Room was missing hand soap when we checked in but was easily fixed at the front desk. We would definitely stay here again. Wished the room had a mini fridge but other than that it was great.

In the room we stayed in, there was zero hot water. They had to give me another room key to go shower in another room on the other inside of the hotel. The property is beautiful and the staff was very nice. The water was the only problem we had.

We stayed here for a family vacation. Reserved. 2 rooms with 2 queen beds each, but when we arrived very late at night they weren't available even though I had called and confirmed earlier in the week so put us in 2 rooms with a king bed in each. The floors are carpeted and very run down and stained. Dusty in places so you can tell that a lot is skipped over. Staff were nice though and it is a good location. Hopefully they will make more effort as I'd hate to see it gone down hill even more
