This luxurious, detached villa is located in the green holiday park Résidence Lichtenvoorde, in the pleasant area of the Achterhoek, at approx. 4.5 km from the historic village of Lichtenvoorde, 25 km east of the city of Doetinchem. The villa covers two floors and is furnished in a modern, comfortable and complete way. On the ground floor, there is a living room with smart TV and a nice atmospheric fireplace. There is an open plan kitchen featuring a dishwasher and a microwave. A double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet in the hall complete the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find another five double bedrooms and a two bathrooms with shower. In one of the bathrooms, you will find a sun shower for some extra relaxation while showering. You have a separate toilet on the landing. All beds are of the single type. box-spring bed, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The villa has underfloor heating. The true showpieces of this villa are outside. Here, you will find private wellness facilities: a sauna, a spa and an outdoor shower. Of course, you also have a nice garden with terrace and garden furniture at your disposal. There's parking space for two cars directly at the villa. At holiday park Résidence Lichtenvoorde, various chalets and villas can be booked for four to fourteen people.
